Is what I'm looking for for a school thing, if you happen to have a favorite. Right now all I can think of is the "Save Midna" level from twilight princess.

. . . Crap, this godawful LPer won't stop talking. Turned the music way down low, too. (It's best heard beginning at 1:22 if you're willing to make the effort.)

Very easy game to pirate, though, so if you've got some time before the project you can get the game and record the music yourself. (Try Home of the Underdogs if you're going that route.)

Splatterhouse Arcade. The mirrors in this room? They're there for a reason.

The solo violin near the end really creeps me out.

Can't believe I forgot this. Ignore the visuals—the music's from Silent Hill 4.

Speaking of creepy stuff in the original Pokemon games, Silph Co. sounds like nothing so much as a man's descent into scitzophrenic madness in 8-bit form.

I couldn't find a seperate clip for it, but I meant to take the ordinary "walk through the mansion"-music, which is the first in this video (although the entire soundtrack is very unsettling). The 8-Bit sound makes it even scarier.

Something about that jazzy ostinato juxtaposed to the hollow notes sounds just disturbingly wrong.

Hasn't really come out yet, but I think Epic Mickey definitely should be awarded points in this field. It's kind of curious, slightly dramatic, not quite sure if it's trying to be upbeat or foreboding just like the game.

I'd also have to award BIG points to Luigis Mansion too, for their Title Opening, their daunting Ghost Theme, mysterious "Outside" theme, and of course their Ear Worm Main Mansion Theme.

For a chiptune, La-Mulana's "Wonder of the Wonder" is pretty creepy.

Discover the rest as the game progresses.

You guys are amazing =D

Now, what do you think is the best way to get mp3s of these? Like, play and record them at the same time, or will the sound quality suck?
