The ED is Walk Like an Egyptian, and the anime left in DIO using Hermit Purple.

I wanted Egypt by Dio, but this was amazing.

Its a brilliant decision. Simply brilliant.

I laughed my ass off at the ED. Perfect choice.

I wonder how far into the Polnariff fight we'll actually get. Tower of Grey shouldn't take too long I'd imagine, but we'll see I guess. Personally I'm perhaps most interested in finding out if Deep Blue Moon and the Runaway Girl made it into this adaptation. If they do make it in then it's a pretty good indication of how faithful they'll keep to the manga.

They even kept Dio's purple hermit which is never relevant to the plot or brought up ever again, I doubt Runaway girl would be excised even if she is useless to the plot. I wonder if they'll introduce Iggy looking like a realistic dog before changing his design like in the manga, wouldn't put anything past them at this point.

DIO's hermit purple does show up one more time in a flashback. It's what he uses to get Polnariff on his side to begin with.

Best ED they could have picked hahaha

Calling it now, "Eternal Flame" is going to replace the ending during the episode when Avdol dies. Bonus points if Kakyoin and Iggy's deaths somehow make it into the same episode.

The new ED is Walk Like An Egyptian. Oh my fucking god I love this bizarre adventure.

This song is best fitting for Part 3.

Also, did anyone noticed the silhouetted stand arrow?

How do the Stands relate to the Cards? I read Promethea and I still don't get it.

Now that is the kind of comic that I'd love to see animated by a flashy studio like David.

Also, the characters are such hams. "Holly-san can calm the hearts of those around her and put them at ease." Really now? I wonder how they'll be once she isn't around to calm them!

'Won't you help me change my underwear?' It would be creepy if they weren't so hilarious together. I suppose Stands do a lot to keep one youthful. Toki yo tomare indeed.

They are just names. Part 3 has tarot cards, egyptian gods and band names while later Parts just have band names, artist names and song names.

Part 4 has to happen now.

So he's a hero who completed The Hero's Journey and is back bringing gifts of wisdom. It's basically the Older and Wiser trope, The Obi-Wan.

Well, that's fine, I guess, but this is ironic given that it's Joseph we're talking about! The guy seems barely more mature than back when he beat up hostage takers for damaging his comic book!

Kakyoin's motivational speech was bomb. [1]◊ Everyone is fighting for Jotaro's mother except Polnareff and he probably would be too if he had met her.

let's hope the Stand Arrow cameo means they really do have plans to animate the rest of the franchise.

You will be 50 years old or older when part 9 gets animated, and Araki will retain his youthful appearance for reason unknown.

I feel like this isn't the kind of project you pour money into making if you're not interested in someday animating the entire franchise. The issue is whether or not sales with remain high enough to justify future parts.

Part Four would pretty much be guaranteed because I can't see anyway that Part Three isn't going to sell incredibly well. I don't remember how Japan feels about Part Four, but they do like Part Five I think?

I can see the first six parts getting animated, although Steel Ball Run and anything after that is a lot more iffy. I'd say that as long as things don't stall out after Part Four then they've pretty much got the entire first universe nailed.

I think Part 3 was going to be animated regardless if Parts 1 and 2 succeeded or not since it is the most iconic and the one most people associate with when they think of the series(pretty much how DBZ was to the Dragon Ball franchise as a whole.Most of licensed products are centered on Part 3 and Jotaro is the spotlight of the All-Star Battle cover,much like how most of DBZ games and products are centered on the Saiyan and Namek arcs and stuff than anything else.). The real challenge will be to maintain the constant success for everything post-Part 3
