The point of this thread is to list your favorite tropers and say what makes you like them so much. Please be specific; we already have Gushing About Shows You Like if you want to gush about TV Tropes or the Forums in general.
EDIT: Chopped the list because it's now quite outdated, and there are some comments in here that only made sense back in 2009 and may have even been a bit creepy.

I'm not sure what I think of AOD. He's pretty cool sometimes, and really grates me the wrong way others. There is no in between.

Finally looked at this thread, expecting a typical silly patting-everyoneself-on-the-back thing. And mostly got it. However, I am going to write a few things about certain individuals that I think are truly exceptional. Just because you're not on the list doesn't mean I have no respect towards you, or an animosity towards you, but here are some tropers I think are really fine, intelligent, praiseworthy, mature individuals:
