You know what everyone? It kills me to think we had not one, but TWO great pics available on the web for this trope, when the awful picture stayed on the trope's page for a freakin' half a year. :/
That aside, the Blues Brothers pic is great, and weren't for the Mitsumete Knight pic I proposed, I would have voted for this one on a whim. Now I'm hesitating between the two...
If you want to have my non-fanboy, unbiaised opinion, I'd say the Mitsumete Knight pic is slightly (heavy emphasis on "slightly") better. Only if because the Blues Brothers one has the car frame that's a weenie bit distracting, and, as Shima said, the faces are a little small.
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeIf we could find a better quality version of the Blue Brothers pic it would be perfect. As is it's still really good and perfectly usable though. Either of the proposed images would be fine with me.
Reaction Image RepositoryHere's someone else to consider: The Terminator. (no pic links right now)

^ I found one picture◊ that accurately depicts Arnie wearing his Sunglasses at Night after a standard Google search (though there should definitely be some better ones out there if anyone wants to try and pull a few screencaps straight out of the movies themselves).
There's also the T2 movie poster◊
I really like that first one.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!The first Terminator image is pretty good - could go with a funny caption (though the funny isn't coming for me right now) about automatic Terminator ocular adjustments or something.
Jet-a-Reeno!The first Terminator pic is great.
First Terminator one is very good.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I'm finding myself liking the movie poster more and more.
He's clearly wearing sunglasses in a dark place where they would be impractical and looks all the more Badass for wearing them. We can easily crop the picture between Schwarzenegger's name and the film's tagline and still keep all essential content.
The first Terminator pic is rather good, the second a bit less so.
Me thinks we'll need a crowner for this one (and later an Image Links once the winning picture will be decided), what's with four good pics out there.
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeBump.
I've created the Crowner, can a moderator attach it to the thread, please ? Thanks in advance.
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeVoted for the Terminator but recommend a better frame (his hand is in the way, it is kind of irrelevant isn't it?) from the same shot, and pulled straight from the movie. (My copy is not in a format I can take good screencaps of, or I would.)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Bump. Does someone have a snatchable copy of T2? Mine is Blu-Ray, no BD drive on computer.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Sorry, I can't help you. I only have the film on an old recorded-from-TV-program VHS.
I was quite expecting The Terminator and The Blues Brothers pics to win for obvious reasons, but I'm still a bit saddened to see that good Mitsumete Knight pic downvoted at around the same level of the poor quality pics. :/
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeCrowner rather stable, and Terminator Image has a commanding leap. I put it up.
Make sure the others are on the ImageLinks.Sunglasses At Night page.
