Upon reflecting I thought 5 actually had less Death Note than 4, which I did notice a lot of when I first saw 4.
But I did really enjoy 5. Probably just from a bunch of clips that I really enjoyed (Gurren Lagann with They Might Be Giants AND Megas XLR!). Also I wasn't trying to judge it like 4, and instead just enjoy it. So at the end of the day I just remembered all the awesome clips I enjoyed and ignored the so-so ones.
Biggest disappointment: the Lost clip wasn't that great.
