How dare you imply that someone who beats on her friends, insults them for her amusement, and is constantly vindicated by the narrative is in some way disagreeable.
Anyway Dora's sidelining is really weird to me because she's the most prominent queer character in the series and arguably one of the most prominent in webcomics, or at least she's a queer woman in a really popular comic, but she's nowhere to be seen and when she is she's just there.

Dora has to be around because she owns the Room Where It Happens. Tai has pretty much vanished.
Fresh-eyed movie blogAnd nothing of value was lost!
On Tai, that is. I like Dora.
Tai is pretty awful, yeah.
What do you folks actually like about this comic?
Fresh-eyed movie blogJust said I liked Dora, didn't I? I like Marten, most of the time. I like Steve and Marigold and Hannelore and Pintsize and Raven back when she existed and Angus despite Jacques' best efforts. Mostly, I've been following it for years and it hasn't dipped in quality enough for me to drop it.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Marigold and Dale are really cute.
Oh yeah Dale too
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Wait, were we not supposed to like Angus?
There were a lot of character interactions that only worked off the assumption that everyone agrees he's a terrible person. Also, the man-bun. Which is a weird thing to single out considering the general style and fashion of characters in this comic, but hey.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.You sure you mean Angus? You might be thinking of Sven.
Oh really when?that's Sven. Angus is Faye's ex-boyfriend who moved to New York to pursue acting.
The author rage at Sven was also super weird and borderline slut shaming (can dudes be slut shamed?)

You's right. I kinda lumped the weird names together. Angus was just caught in the crossfire.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Eh, while Marten and Claire and Dora aren't as important anymore (to my displeasure), I don't think they count as forgotten. Raven is a forgotten character.
Remember Penny and Will?
Remember Sara?
I guess she's not forgotten, per se...
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.I literally don't.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I want to say Will was the poet type who worked briefly in the Fancy Dress Bar and who ended up on some weird spirit journey with a gang of bikers.
And Penny was... his girlfriend? Had glasses? Somewhat more grounded member among the staff of Coffee of Doom? Had a Running Gag about potentially being the alter ego of Pizza Girl? Yes? No? Maybe?
You hit the nail on the head.
Penny is spot-on, Will is close, but a bit backwards. He works at the fancy bar after returning from his spirit journey; occasionally pops a cameo when somebody else is at that bar. Last one was when Brun tried to apply for work there, I think.

Tilly gets the long goodbye, and now I think Mom's getting the hard goodbye.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I fared better than I expected. Though if I'm honest, they were more prominent characters back when I started to read the comic. And if you were to ask me where the characters were the last we saw them, I'd have no clue.
I read this comic for the Steve
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterI'm OK with the two weeks of Tilly if it gets us interaction between Hannelore and her mom; there's an actually interesting story there that justifies what was essentially a retread of early Hannelore-Clinton interaction.
and funnily both are more likeable than faye
