Name: Jay Bell Hood
Nationality: American
Gender: Female
Appearance: 26. Long dark brown hair and brown eyes. On the slim side. Tends to tie her hair at the nape. Nearsighted and wears glasses. Smile looks more like a smirk. About 5 feet 4 inches.
Backstory: An energetic and friendly (with a penchant for corporal punishment) teacher of History at a school of magic in the US. She has no combat experience of which to speak of besides smacking sleeping students with her wand. She has not been very supportive of the magical community in the war, hoping instead for cooler heads to end the conflict before it escalates. Her concern for her students may drive her to fight though.

Attire: Blue Wizarding robes when at school. Out of work she prefers more casual clothes. Blue dress or shorts along with a blouse and maybe a vest or sweater depending on the weather.

Weapons/Spells:

• Legilimens: See emotions and memories from a person. "So your work is late not because of your dog but because you had a date last night?"
• Finite Incantatum: Stops current spells. "No levitating dodge ball in the halls!"
• Incendio: Burn, baby, burn. "That'll teach you to sleep through my lecture"
• Ferula: Create bandages "I told them raising dragons was dumb, but noooooo, did anyone listen to me?"

This is starting to look like some sort of metaphor with the gender imbalance though.

Anyway, I've done the swingin'line art. I know the inking sucks, but I'm really busy right now so this is what I do. The face was actually based on a sociopath's face... He's nice looking, with a military jacket, and looks too normal to be horrible (a creepy staple in many sociopaths). He's like 3/4 heads taller than my character.

In Canada, I think it's legal at 14 as long as some pre-requisites are met.(No authority figures, etc.)
