I kind of wish it had strip numbers on it. If I recall, some of the small changes took quite a while and some of the bigger changes happened quite quickly.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.You're right in asking that—I didn't realize I'd forgotten to put in strip numbers until I was halfway through the archives, at which point I got lazy and didn't want to use up more time. * ^^; Sorry!
Wow that is a huge file and wow it does change a lot.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.You built that? Cool. Well, then. When you've got more hours to spend, make a row for Hanners, too. Please?
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Ooooh, that's really cool! I agree, it's neat how the art's always changing and improving.
By the way, I think it should be linked to on The Art Evolution page.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.These are some really great pictures you've made, Nat! I think QC might be the Most Triumphant Example of Art Evolution, at least in a webcomic. I especially like how Hanners' change in design parallels her shift in Character Development.
Also note that Marigold has been getting consistently cuter. I'm frankly not surprised. I bet in 2 or 3 years she'll look as pretty as the rest of them. I can't decide whether or not I like that. On the one hand, i liek gurls. On the other hand, I dunno... I do hope she keeps the nose, at least.

Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember them, you are not alone. What is particularly noticable to me in Marigold's changes are that, seen side by side like that, it's clear that she's really simply taking more care with her grooming. There's one hairstyle change (the haircut that gave her bangs) and the zits are for the most part gone, but other than that, not much difference between the Marigold we first met and the one who we have now.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Hmm. I suppose you do have a point there. There seemed to be a difference in the face itself to me too, but maybe that's just the phase that all the characters were in at the time.

It's really impressive how much the art has improved over the years.◊ *
