@Rume: Other than Random, all of those sound quite fun to play. Law in particular appeals to the control freak in me. Random though is a bit underwhelming, a 50% failure rate lightning bolt that can't even target the player once per turn at 6CMC? Needs some buffing.

Smoke Break should read "Target Player skips their combat phase"

unless you want it to target just the caster

Taunt: should just say "gain" rather than "regain".

Fiery Ascension: I think the general format for that goes "gets +[this]/+[that] and gains [keywords] until end of turn".

Smokebreak: Might be better worded as "tap all creatures and skip this combat phase."

Rage at the World: Red enchantment destruction...not sure if want.

Mokou: should be "this deals", and is badly overpowered - even given that Lava Axe isn't that great a card, doing more stuff for less at instant speed is a bit much.
