I already bought the Yoshi theme.
Also, what's the point of the home menu screenshot function if you can't use it on software? I'm just confused by that.

For now on, my Home menu theme will be red.
It's actually the more relaxing to look of red.
The point was just to take a picture of the Home Screen, as it says. Apparently, either people want to show off their screens on Miiverse, or Nintendo is anticipating this since they introduced themes.
Well I wish it could be used on software. It's a humongous pain having to go through Miiverse to take a screengrab.

$2 for a wallpaper theme? That's crazy. Nintendo must be high if they think I'm going to spend that much for one theme.
Got the Zelda one. No way I can resist that. Give me Metroid and I'll bite again.

I think $1-2$ is fine. They're not just wallpapers, they change the entire look of the Home Menu as well as music and sound effects. You get some basic themes for free and they're purely cosmetic. People tend to pay ridiculous prices normally in the name of cosmetics.

Just remember, Smash Bros. has had one of game(out of 3, I won't spoil the fourth games overall character list) who has a Grass character playable. Nintendo don't like da grass too much.
