The Spy isn't the only person who knows stealth.
But, yeah, being stabbed in the back (of the neck or spine, he could sub away otherwise) is going to put him down. Question is, if the Spy can actually reach him.

Considering this is Banner we are talking about Cody might not win against the Hulk. Unless Cody manages to knock Banner out then he wins.

These two would if ordered to. I don't watch MLP, but a quick trip to Fluttershy's wiki page suggest she can't do anything against naval artillery. I'd say the Cruisers win this one, but since she and her pals can go up against very powerful villains, there might be something I missed.
