I know that Deadpool can't die, but surely the Yellow Lantern can wound him enough to simply toss him off into space, possibly with the help of a missile construct. I know he's got a teleporter, but I'm not sure what the range is.
Either way, the Yellow Lantern can probably stop most of Deadpool's attacks.

Garrus in my headcanon is immortal (and assume that I use headcanon Garrus), but I don't think he needs it in this case. A shot from the Black Widow sniper rifle would tear the Joker's arms off, among other things.
