Depends on how strong that thing's psionics are (or if they have any). Soundwave's only ever used his for mindreading or communication, though. That being said, he has his cassette-buddies, sound-based weaponry, and ye-ol' lasers to fall back on. Not enough info right now, will try to look up more on ENITIY.
