I like Youtube Poop in general because it is just pure goofiness, occasionally combined with memes and what have you. I am not a fan of videos that purely focus on annoying people with loud noises or using sexual jokes or swearing to be funny. I guess that means I am not a big fan of Youtube Poop then.
Anyway, I prefer Youtube Poops that either are completely random or actually have some kind of plot. That is why I like some of Deepercutt's Youtube Poops like this one.
Obviously, Your Mileage May Vary here, but I prefer YTPs with some kind of story because I think that can be more entertaining and a bit more focused. I also like YTPMVs but not to the same degree that I like YTPs.

Well, at least finally someone connected Conker's Bad Fur Day with George's grabbing life by the conkers.
Most of my favorite poops these days feature TF2 rather than the CDI games commonly associated with YTP.
However, I also really enjoy seeing poops of stuff that actually isn't very popular (but I personally think deserves to be). Also, I'd kill for a God of War YTP ._.
