How, exactly, does Kenji represent the Magician Arcana?

The fact that people tolerate him long enough to keep going with his social link is supernatural, maybe?

A few of the major keywords of the Magician are self-confidence, making a decision, and taking action. Say what you will about Kenji, but he's certainly got an excess amount of self-confidence, and acts on his plan, ill-fated though I'm sure it is.

Misdirected self-confidence and action but hey, he takes action! Others would let it slide for eternity.

Well, those things aren't always positive things, true.

And social links tend to not be handling things positively.

Well, MaleC's, anyway. You can tell to an extent even from the writing that this was a new thing, and sometimes, they seem kinda off. The FeMC's new S. Links and P4's might not be perfect, either, but they read a lot more comfortably overall.

I really should try the Femal Main Character in a second playthrough when I'm done.

Geez, I wonder who represents The Tower. That cannot be one that ends happily.

Mutatsu is still The Tower in the FeMC version.

For the FeMC, The Priestess, The Empress, The Emperor, The Hierophant, The Lovers, The Hanged Man, Temperance, The Devil, The Tower, The Sun and Aeon are all the same.

And The Fool, Death and Judgement, obviously.

Get Strength up a few levels and chat with Yuko after that- You'll see.

By the way, you have to go through Hierophant a few times to get access to Temperance, and Hanged Man a few times to find out about Sun. That's another thing I think P4 really did better on- There's not nearly as many Links hidden in other Links.

...but Aeon replaces Judgement in that deck, and you're suggesting that Judgement i still around...

Aeon is Aigis's Social Link. When they added her as a Social Link in FES, they had to come up with a new Arcana for her because all the other ones had been used. It doesn't replace Judgement.

Ah, that explains it.

I hear that Portable doesn't have the extra chapter called "The Answer". Does that make the story feel incomplete?
