Yeah, Haru ended up basiclaly lackluster at everything for me. What do you to wit her to make her a legit Jack of All Trades instead of Master of None?

Umm IIRC my Haru was Cripple, Snipe, One-shot Kill, Psy Amp, Psy Boost, Psiodyne, Mapsiodyne, Heat Riser.
One-shot Kill is the strongest gun skill with Snipe and Cripple to power it up 75% and Heat Riser to buff. If you wanted more range on her you could replace Heat Riser with either Evade Nuke for evading weakness or Triple Down for an aoe Gun attack, I found her single target Tetrakarn skills largely useless.
She ended up being my most useful character next to Makoto but with the party member switch abilities I used everyone.

I might have used Haru more in my playthough if I had ever gotten around to getting Rank 5 Proficiency.
I made some poor decisions with stat raising since I maxed Charm and Knowledge early-ish and spent the back 1/3 of the game getting a lot of wasted notes from Confidants and school.

Oh yeah, speaking of stats, I'm a bit surprised that I couldn't even reach rank two Knowledge before the first exam. And apparently you need rank three or four to actually get the top score? That's impossible on a first play.

Yea, if you get every question right, and I do mean every, you can do it.
FYI, some stats need to be pretty high enough to progress in certain Confidant. Lv. 3+ basically.

I got every question right, but I don't think that's enough to guarantee the best results.
P3 and P4 also required max stats for some links. Even Ai near the beginning of P4 required rank three courage.
I'm fairly certain that top score is impossible without being on NG+.
Also, I dunno if the game tells you this or not, but the single stat point drinks you can buy on Sundays help. A bit pricey though

you literally can't get top of the class without having max knowledge and getting all the questions right though. it's impossible to do on the first test on a non NG+ file

First test I had Rank 5 for I missed 1 question and still got top of the class.

Here's my analysis on Ann's PT outfit:
It's what she symbolises as rebellious. It doesn't mean it's what she wants to wear.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.
Eh, so far it seems like she likes being seen as sexy. She just doesn't want to be blackmailed for some strange reason. Can't imagine why.

That conflicts with later convos where she idolizes someone who is likely Fujiko Mine and compares her actions as The Phantom Thieves to that which would include the outfit.
Honestly as soon as she chose her name I think she was sold on it.

Yeah, the arc with Yusuke is just... really stupid and should not be there in that form.
I would have minded less if I could say I was against it. I would have minded more if she actually did the nude painting instead of using it as bait with no intention of following through.

why should she go through with it when Yusuke is basically blackmailing her, let alone her just not wanting to.
Given the previous arc the game has a serious problem with depicting Ann.
Anyway, I agree that the game should have focused on Ann being someone who wants to be in charge of her sexuality, so stuff like her not enjoying her thief costume and getting pimped out to Yusuke is... weird. I liked her Confidant route though.

I mainly used Makoto for support, while Joker and Ryuji were the main heavy hitters.
Morgana would just be there for back up in case Makoto was running out of SP, and I swapped him out for Ann once she got Mind Charge
