OK, so how is it that only just now, through a random google search, I have discovered that Persona 5 was announced last month?

Don't worry too much, they haven't even announced a platform yet.

I tried to kick Shadow Mitsuo's ass and chew bubble gum...and I ended up chewing ass instead.

That was by far the hardest boss for me. I guess it all has to do with whether you can deal damage quickly enough to stop the shell from reforming.

Shadow Mitsuo was possibly the hardest boss for me too, depending on how you quantify it. I didn't actually lose to him, but I used up almost all of my SP restoring items. The two bosses which I did lose to (Kunino-Sagiri and Izanami-no-Ookami) weren't nearly as taxing on my resources, and simply required more judicious use of the defend function.

...eventually, we will reach a maximum entropy state where nobody has their own socks or underwear, or knows who to ask to get them back.

Yukiko was my hardest.

I had a Persona that both was immune to and had an skill to cure fear for Mitsuo.

Suck on that Ghastly Wail.

I had no problem with Yukiko because I grinded enough beforehand without even knowing what was coming (I was playing The Answer before). Then I got bored, stopped grinding and Shadow Kanji had his way with me. So yeah.

I never really had difficulty with Yukiko; I've had to grind for every boss thereafter.

Considering it was an interview in a Playstation magazine, that probably narrows it down a bit.

I would be good to see it released on the PS 360, though I do kind of wonder if they have the budget. Though P3 and P4 sold like hotcakes, so maybe. Does anyone know how P 3 P has been selling in Japan?

Siliconera have an article somewhere that basically said that.

1. Atlus is hiring peoples for PS 3/360 development. Speculation ensures.

And another one later.

2. P3P sells like hotcakes, and Demons Souls was a surprise hit. Strange Journey's sales was a little below expectations, but still fairly solid-ish.

I'd buy a console just for Persona 5.

I'm beginning to feel that way about Persona 3 Portable.

^I did. I bought a PSP very soon after learning of P 3 P. Last year. I was already on the fence about it, but that pushed me over. Since then I have only played a little Disgaea, Castlevania and some PS 1 games on it.

I'll probably wait for P3P, since I've read it corrects some issues with the original P3 that may make me appreciate it less having played P4 (lack of direct control of non-protagonist PCs for instance).

There's advantages and disadvantages to both. P3:FES has The Answer, which A: has some pretty interesting plot continuation, but B: is a huge fucking slog to try and get through. It might also have a few extra in-game scenes, depending on whether or not they got carried over to Portable.

But P 3 P lets you control all your party members, and has a completely separate story for a female PC, so that's pretty awesome.

I played through The Answer, and I really can't recommend it. Watch the cutscenes on Youtube if you need to.

Picked this game back up. Shadow Mitsuo is now dead (LIKE A BAWSS). As is Shadow Naoto, but she's a pushover in comparison.

Maxed out Nanako's and Yumi's Social Links. Didn't get to do the same for Uncle Doujima though. Working on Sayoko for easily guessable reasons.

The Culture Festival and inn scenes came off as Dethroning Moments of Suck for me, because I hate how crossdressing is treated very negatively, and seeing my character get roped into stupid perverted plots and Accidental Pervert moments came off as Dude, Not Funny!. I damn near broke my PS 2 throwing my controller against the ground.

Now stuck on Kunwhatshisface. (help me)

Kunino-Sagiri?

at 75% he will use Quad Converge that makes him absorb every element except for what he is using (he will take x3 damage from said element)

at 50% he will MC one of your characters just heal for a bit and 25% he will grab all 3. just stay healed with nothing weak to any elements your party uses

At 25% he will use a big physical that will take most of your parties HP (buff and debuff before you hit this point.), just make sure you stay fully healed and go nuts on him.

Black Frost might be a little under leveled but its by far the best persona for the fight.

the accidental pervert moments are so common place in anime and manga that i just ignored it in persona 4 and laughed anyway. not dwelling on the horrible parts is something smt games are good at making me do.

yeah, crossdressing did come off as portrayed negatively but eh, i found it enjoyable nontheless.

but i dont really see how its so bad that you would nearly break your ps2 throwing the controller at the ground...

at any rate, i think it would be nice if we at least got the option to skip the stupid filler moments.
