Atlus USA's PR manager John Hardin got to interview Erin Fitzgerald (Chie) and Yuri Lowenthal (Yosuke and P 3 MC) during the voice session for PQ.
Part 2 is apparently Amanda Winn Lee (Yukiko) and Karen Straussman (Aigis, Nanako).
Of course Fitzgerald would have a Chie jacket.
Aww...nothing P3-protagonisty from Lowenthal. I guess we must keep this a surprise!
Also...Igor VA. Eeeeeeeeeh? BUT HE'S AROUND SO YAY!

He says all of three words. What was the point?
There was also the entirety of Pharos and Ryoji's roles in P3, who share a voice with protag for plot reasons...Not that they show up in PQ, but you know. Consistency.
They didn't have to keep him, but keeping Lowenthal as P3 protag makes more sense than JYB as Yu.
Or are you talking about Igor? Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't see why they switched the English VA since he's still alive, but...

I mean, why even have him speak at all during that scene? Margaret seems to be completely running the show, and all Igor can do is mumble a "yes" or "seems that way". He may as well not be there at all.
Started P1 PSP in earnest.
Kujo "Jo Jo" Jotaro, we are go.
good luck.
and remember!
ayase is evil
eviiil
EVIIIIIIL!
and eriko is a saint.
Remember to have Nanjo speech.
Remember to go for Eriko.
Remember that if you fight the bear, you did something wrong. It will make sense in context.
Remember to pick up a bow for Maki before you leave the school for the second time.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Holy crap, Jotaro's first Persona even looks a little like Star Platinum!
Also, very nice battle theme.
When you become of level (Around 18 I think) Get the Personas Phelag (Final skill Mediarama), Gozu-tennoh(Megido-line of spells) and Lilim(Absorbs Magic weak to physical).
Get Nanjo a Longsword ASAP. Dump your skill points into one stat (in other words, focus on one instead of spreading them out). And don't forget to correctly answer all Moral dillema's (SEBEC) or do insane amounts of grinding to beat the towers from Hardest to Easiest (Snow Queen Quest) in order to get the Ultimate Personas.
Yeah.as mentioned, SQQ wise, speed is the stat and the minimum level (for your jojo, not anyone else) is 20- believe it or not, thats not actually hard to achieve early on, thanks to the bizarre exp system.
strength and defence are dump stats since your persona will cover you for that. luck keeps you alive against mamudo.
persona wise, nothing of note, but the moment you can fuse a persona with megido spells, do it.. its great exp wise and is usually effective against a wide range of enemies.
The exp system vastly prioritizes Almighty and buff/debuff spells, so those will make life a bit easier in the long run.

I sure said that! When does a Persona stop learning skills in this game?
rank 8.
i think.
if its a custom skill earned from a skill card, it should be learnt alongside their real first spell.

When it reaches Rank 8.
Yeah. You should be using new Personas as often as possible, so as to increase their rank- Even with Best compatibility, it can be slow.
I sure said that!Bad Pulsey. The only spell that can be truly considered Almighty is enemy exclusive. The Megidos are Nuclear, and thus have folks who are weak to, resist, absorb, etc.
But yeah, Nuclear tends to be the Force that folks resisting is a rarity, so go ahead and stock up on Megidos and Freis if you have them.
Oh, right. Magic is for the most part divided into four types, Element, Force, Light, and Dark, which are in turn divided into four subtypes each.
Not getting into it too much, Element and Force go in a rock paper scissors thing both with themselves and with each other. In the Elements, Fire beats Ice and vice versa, and Wind beats Earth and vice versa. In the Forces, Electricity beats Nuclear and vice versa, and Blast beats Gravity and vice versa. Between them, the two types tend to beat out their equivalents: Fire opposes Nuclear, Ice opposes Electricity, Wind opposes Blast, and Earth opposes Gravity. Basically, if you see a Element using demon, use Force spells, and vice versa.
Hitting weaknesses isn't as vital as in Nocturne or the later Personas, but it helps and there is a method to it.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.... Ah, you're right, sorry. I'm so used to the Megidos being Almighty from basically every other SMT game, I slipped up.
I sure said that!Bunch of Rise combos. Looks like certain moves become way better in the corner.
All that stuff she puts on the screen kinda reminds me of Dizzy.
And has anyone managed to find a touch-of-death combo with Shadow Rise yet? Preferably one that involves dancing of the overnight variety?
Sooo, one of her moves is to hug someone, be shocked and slap em away, inflicting charm in the process. Sounds like Rise.
So bit more Ultimax spoilers, but I am saying it because it is interesting.
You want to know how Shadow Labrys has Asterius as her Persona? That is because she isn't even a Shadow, so to say. When Labrys accepted her and she turned into Ariadne, her ego was so strong she managed to survive inside a second memory data bank inside Labrys. During P3 story, Sho tries to control Labrys but accidentally causes Shadow Labrys take over. She defeats Sho and because she doesn't want to deal with "playing house" thing, she gives control back to Labrys.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!... That has the potential to be genuinely scary.
I sure said that!Yeah that kinda does.
English Igor got a new voice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xTjrDevsZg
SO did the Japanese one, but he's not here.
