@Nap on Rise's dance super: It's not a command grab. It's an unblockable. Shadow Rise combos into it at the end of Rise's trailer and it has the two red exclamation points associated with unblockable attacks. Grabs have neither of those properties.

The fact that the Tarot cards don't feature the actual game characters is a deal breaker for me. I'll probably just get the normal copy at some point.

Why is that release date four days after Pokemon? Well I guess there'll be no shortage of games for me to play come winter.

Making tarot cards with Persona characters would involve some tricky decisions, since there's three or four people associated with most of the arcanas by now, and some of the cards only have one dude on them. Who's about to walk off the cliff on the Fool card, Yu, MaleC, or FeMC?

Although the ones where you can fit everyone in would be neat, like a Death card where the Reaper is trampling over Pharos, Eikichi, and Hisano.

That's a weird reason not to get the tarot cards. I'd get them because they look exactly the same as the ones in the game!

I would get the cards either way, but I really do wonder why I haven't seen any Persona-character themed decks. It seems so obvious, but nope. I also think doing them one game at a time would work just fine.

I don't care that they are the same cards used in the game. I'd rather have Tarot cards of the characters.

There was a fan art of the P4 cast as Tarot cards, but, y'know, fanart.

And yeah Even with P3/P4 alone, there's a ton of overlap between characters.

Word of warning: A NeoGAF artist recently did a fake Persona 5 ad with a young woman wearing Aigis headphones saying that it would appear at TGS 2014. It seems that several people in Japan believe it's real, and it's blown up on the Japanese side of Twitter (and Tumblr) as a result. If you end up finding someone who's seen the pic and thinks it's real, tell them otherwise.

You still get the tarot cards for the first-print copies. The special edition gets you the artbook and stuff, but if you just want the tarot cards then just get the game as early as possible.

soundtrack can really just be downloaded online...

its the artbook and protective case i want the most, tbh, and i know i can get the latter on its own, so its really just the artbook.

I'm kind of surprised P3/4 style tarot cards are just now being sold in real life. Seems like a no brainer.

Well, I'm getting Q no matter what and Pho is planning on getting Ultimax when it comes for Europe and will give me his tarot cards. So yep.

If Arena has a physical release in Europe, that is. PQ is handled by NISA, which is why there is no BS involved (other than the jacked-up prices).

Honestly, if you want the cards, I'd suggest importing them from Japan. Cheaper than the whole two special editions thing.

But you can't even play rummy, 30's or take two with the cards...So what's the point of them again?
