Hrodland: I'm still getting the hang of it, to be honest, it's mostly, hm, how do I put it... Pretty much raw energy channeled with my body, I'd say.

Catherine: So something such as...Chi?

Robert: Or you know, mana! Like what those wizards do!

Wizard: Mana... chi, same kinda thing. It's the energy of the soul, dudes. It's just used in different ways. Like your muscles, they got different energy systems used in different ways.

Hrodland: Yes, you could call it that. -nods-

Catherine: I see...and how does this energy manifest then?

Robert: Can you throw fireballs, or turn people into rats or somesuch?

Wizard:@Robert: Now, don't try this, I'm just gonna tell ya you can but you'd get in a lot of trouble with the MUIB. Just sayin'. You can pretty much do anythin' if you focus enough through meditation and... other methods.

Hrodland: As I said, still need a bit of work on that, it's all pretty new to me, relatively speaking.

Wizard:@Robert: It's technically illegal that I say ya can. It's also kinda illegal for me to show you and pretty illegal to tell ya. Not to mention it's way past my curfew. But you gotta be flexible in todays world.

Hrodland: For now? Besides strengthening myself, not really.

Kohaku: I'm designing something for a friend.

Catherine: That is still something, don't you agree?

Wizard:@Robert: Like just four years ago the Nzatith alliance declared it illegal to sneeze in public. Now... wanna do some magic?

Robert: uh...no thanks.

Hrodland: True, true, but still, there's much room for improvement.

Catherine: Much like our gears then. -motions to the rig on her back-

Catherine: -hands on back, bends back a bit- Its crude, its heavy, and not all that comfortable. Not something you want to wear for a long time.

What's it made of, actually?

Catherine: From what I can understand, texlite alloy along with several other compounds which I can't name. Made it quite resistant to impact though. Quite so, in fact.
