(Nick's right hand has a writer's bump on it. Also, the handshake is a little weak because the muscles within the hand got damaged during a fight with a criminal.)

Wolf: Friends? Hm. I have never trusted friendship to bring more than a brief respite off the battlefield. And in my experience...

Wolf: ...death finds you anywhere.

Asagi: Pretty damn good!

Jackie: "Well, of course death can find you anywhere. Not even separate dimensions can shield you from it."

"I just know that I have less chance of dying here than back home."
