Mana: ...Huh. That sounds like a strange system. I suppose it's good for people who like to fight, though that's not the case for me.

   HAH!   

-In one swift movement, the Dark Sorcerer grabs hold of Alyx' arm, stopping the fist several inches from touching him. Then, he grabs Alyx by the throat in a vice-like grip, squeezing so hard that it becomes hard to breathe.-

   You are pathetic, Red Ranger. Do you know why? Because you are so used to relying on others. Because you are completely dependant on having your team with you. Look at how this battle has turned out. Even back at the observatory, you had to be saved by your Other and her Team. Now that you are here alone, you are just-   

Kelsey: He's not alone!

-Kelsey swings the bat at the Sorcerer's head...but he catches it with his free hand and breaks it in his grip. In another impossibly fast motion, he grabs hold of her by the throat as well.-

   That's the problem with all of you humans. You are so disgustingly weak that at every turn you have to cooperate and make compromises with other to "team up". That is why we Demons are the rightful rulers of this planet. Because we are strong, all the time. Even when we are on our own. And you, Alyx...you are very much alone...   

He's not!

-The Sorcerer turns his head towards the sound...and a powerful ball of energy strikes him in the face. Straight afterwards, a heavy titanium blade comes down upon the arm holding Kelsey, and he looses his grip. At the same time, a magic missile pierces the arm holding Alyx, and Alyx falls to the ground.-

   Who's there?! No...it can't be!   

-On the rooftop stand Dana, Ryan and...Chad! Dana is wearing a strange red outfit, Chad is wearing martial arts clothing and has a scar over one eye and Ryan has a bionic arm, but it's them. The three remaining Lightspeed Rangers, with Morphers at the ready.-

A Lightspeed Ranger is never weak. Even when we are alone, we have the strength to protect those close to us.

But when someone is stronger than you, there is no shame in seeking the help of others!

Come on, Alyx. *extends a hand to help Alyx up* Let us show him how we Rangers fight. Together!

(Alyx stands there, shocked at his friends' appearance)

Alyx: ...um...you know what? Y-you guys can take it over from here. I think you...got it all handled out. (he just remains standing in shock, not knowing what to really do, or really say)

Eh, what's that? Do you think I came back from death's door just so you could skip work?

Chad! That's no way to talk! He thought you were dead, remember? *hugs Alyx* I missed you so much...

Sister, can you spare the emotional outbursts until, you know, after we have defeated the demon?

Kelsey: It's really you guys...I thought I'd never see you again...

Hey there, Kelsey. Nice to see you too. Got a present for you from a man calling himself the Spirit Seeker. *hands her the Morpher*

Kelsey: This is my-!

Yep. Now we're all set...well, as set as we can be.

Alyx...we are all together now. But before we can be together as we used to be...we have to save Mariner Bay. And we need your help for it. Please, won't you help us?

Mana: I see. Well, I can understand if it's there so people can get train and get stronger. I like to be sure that I'm strong enough to protect the people around me if I ever need to, myself. I don't like fighting, but that's still very important to me.

Alyx: ...I...I don't know what to say. I...(he looks baffled)

Catherine: Alyx, you must.

Alyx: Catherine?!

Catherine: ...you left your morpher on the entire time, didn't you? (she cries out as she blasts a demon offscreen) I could hear you from here. There's no time for feeling sorry for yourself.

Alyx: I'm not. I'm just...

Catherine: Okay, you're shocked. However, you need to get over it. The world needs you—oh, you dare to mess with my adopted daughter, you fucking— (another blast) Sorry. The world needs you now.

Alyx: ...right. (his tears start to form, and he stands up) I'm ready now.

-The Rangers take up positions, readying their morphers.-

Lightspeed!

(Alyx wipes his tears again, and he prepares his morpher. In the biggest, most bellowing voice he can ever muster...)

Alyx: LIGHTSPEED! RESCUE!

(Alyx morphs once again into the Red Lightspeed Ranger)

Mana: I suppose you're right. That's why I'm not too concerned about it these days. I'd rather focus my time and energy on loving others instead.

-All the remaining Lightspeed Rangers morph in perfect order, taking up battle positions.-

   No...this can not be!   

Not so tough now, Sorcerer!

Let's get this guy! Let's go, Alyx!

Chibi!Asagi: Yeppers! Same heres!

Kinda feel like I'm gettin' a bit chubbiers, thoughs. Not much excercisin' lately fer me...

Alyx: Right! (he nods, and he prepares his V-Lancer, which is, sadly, not as elaborate as Catherine's custom-made one, but still cool nevertheless)

Mana: Well, you should try to exercise as regularly as you can. It keeps you healthy, and makes you feel good, too.

Chibi!Asagi: Okays!

-Tries to do some situps...but has a really hard time as her head is a bit too big to let her properly lift up-

Mana: Oh... um, looks like you're having some trouble. Don't do anything that strains you too much, ok? I wouldn't want you to get hurt.

-Kelsey materializes her V-Lancer in Blaster form.-

This is payback...for all the months I spent injured!

-She jumps up high, blasting shots down upon the Sorcerer and using the recoil to keep herself in the air while keeping up a continuous barrage. The Sorcerer blocks the shots with his heavy cape, however.-

How dare you use the lives of innocent human beings to try to revive such an evil being?!

-Dana fires one powerful shot from her Blaster, which pierces the cape and makes an opening in the Sorcerer's movements. Chad moves in, V-Lancer ready.-

Let me show you...the abilities of a man who has fought his way out of Hell itself.

-Chad executes a perfect combo of powerful karate moves, using the V-Lancer as a natural extension of his body and inflicting heavy blows on the Demon Sorcerer.-

The damage you have done to this city in the capacity of being fake mayor will take years to repair. Feel your punishment!

-Ryan sets his Titanium Laser in Axe Mode, and delivers such a powerful blow to the Demon that he is momentarily stunned and leaving him open to an attack...-

Alyx: ...and this...This! Is! For! Killing! My! Friend! And! Trying! To! Destroy! My! Family!

(with each word, Alyx slashes the sorceror with his V-Lancer, and he turns it into its Blaster Mode)

V-Lancer, Spectra Blast! FIRE!

(he fires his V-Lancer's blast up into the air)
