George: -appears, dusting off his red robes, glancing at the large 'lake'- ...Well, this certainly...wasn't what I was hoping Sootopolis to be like...

Hansel and Gretel had finally arrived in Sootopolis city after what had been a mostly peaceful trip only broken up by occasional attacks by wild Pokemon and what had seemed to be a Meowth-head shaped air baloon with a large hole in the side blasting through the sky at high speed, with two humans and a number of Pokemon hanging on for dear live. The twins and Dollie watched the strange phenomenon until it was obscured by the treeline. Hansel and Gretel had briefly considered searching for the hapless balloonists and see if any of them had survived, but decided against it when dollie pointed out that the others probably wouldn't stay in Sootopolis city forever, and that they had been lucky enough to be able to track them all the way to this area.

"Well, here we are guys. Good job following the others here. I'd have no idea where to look first. I guess the uh... 'training' these guys in Sicily gave you DOES come in handy from time to time, even when you're not on the job. So, any idea where to look first? "

Hansel paused looking across the inside of the crater-turned city for a moment. "We should probably ask around a little. Someone probably saw them."

"Sounds good. Let's g- Uh, are you guys alright ?"

"It's nothing major. It's just that... well, something feels different since we woke up after that dream. I feel like I'm seeing and hearing things that weren't there before, even though we haven't encountered any ghosts so far."

"Me too. I wonder if there are any ghosts in this area. We could probably work off our debt pretty quickly in Roanapur, but we should probably get some experience with these things before we head into a city that is probaly crawling with angry nameless dead."

"Good point. That sort of thing can't be easy."

Courier: *He shows Falken that his gloved hand is partly armored*

Falken: -shrugs- Well, at least ya have the common sense. It'd be a shame if ya lost your fingers. -smirks-

George: -looks at a watch- ...Hmmm. It's almost the afternoon already? Time certainly flies...

George: -nods in agreement- Indeed. I suppose that's not entirely a bad thing. The days in general seem to be slow and relaxing at the very least. -smiles-

Falken: ...Well, that'll keep 'em busy for an hour or so...maybe.

Lillian: OW! Hey... you're mean!

Reddy: Rarr! D:<

Lillian: Meep.

-she runs away... and accidentally activates her growth pendant-

Bebe: Guys! The other me keeps copying meeeeeeeee

Reddy: Ra- um... eep

-Reddy goes and hides under a chair when Lillian grows big-

Shopkeeper: Copy it back! Maybe it'll be mindscrewed-slash-intimidated by you copying it, ne!

(Meanwhile, in Mariner Bay, Catherine Grayson◊ is sitting upright on a bed, face still flushed and body still wrapped in a blanket. By her side are Michael, Victoria, Adult!Rika, Andreus, and her fellow Rangers Chad◊, Joel◊, Kelsey◊, Dana◊, and Ryan◊. Also, Kotohime◊. They're laughing and chatting a bit)

Kelsey: Are you feeling well, Catherine?

Catherine: Yeah, I am. Thanks, you guys.

Dana: Anything for a friend. Are you taking the medication as stated?

Catherine: That I am.

Kotohime: I'm happy for you, Catherine! (she hugs her)

Michael: As are we.

Victoria: Yeah.
