Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

What is a Þ even FOR?!

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerÞank you for listening.
It's an archaic letter that used to represent 'th', before we weeded it out.

This is a signature.I always thought it looked like a button.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. There is a user script for browser extensions like Greasemonkey that will put handy markup buttons for functions like quoteblock into a forum post page. You still have to copy and paste the post you want to quote though.
A Thorn is more efficient than a TH though. It's a sound distinct from either letter.

Fresh-eyed movie blogI think what they meant is that on some forums when you use the quote feature, it will let you see the markup they used.
That's something that has annoyed me on this site: If I want to find out how somebody did something on the wiki, I can just edit or view the page source; if I want to remind myself how I did something in a forum post, I just hit edit; if I want to see how somebody else did something in a forum post...
...too bad.
Is there anyway to tell the devs
"Hey"
"I want this"
"Put it in"

Tuesday is probably the single most boring day of the week. That or Thursday.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonI'd say Tuesday is the worst, because at least on Thursday you're looking forward to Friday.
I have the opposite thing: On Thursdays I'm thinking "why can't it be Friday already?"
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonI actually really like Tuesdays, since they're my day off.
Stupid doomed timeline...I wish I had Tuesdays off.
I also wish I had more friends.

...Yeah, I don't know either. But red was the original color I assigned to "things".

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonCall me when we get to page 88888888.
Page 8888 will be a wonderful thing.
Page 88888888 would be the most amazingly wonderful thing.
Stupid doomed timeline...Oh come on nobody liked my double entendre
You guise are lame
Thursdays were for the longest time the one day in the week where I had nothing going on and I found that boring.
Now I think I'm starting to dislike Wednesdays cause they're my busiest day right now.
Conversely, my Wednesdays are usually very easy, comparatively speaking.
And I've always liked Wednesdays for some reason. Halfway done I guess.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonI can't decide between "Tuesday's coming. Did you bring your coat." and "You're not made of Tuesday!"
