There's a big difference between "don't really" and "really don't".
"Don't really" means just a little, while "really don't" means just about none.
They're like "could care less" and "couldn't care less".

"don't really" to me implies a very small, almost negligible amount while "really don't" implies an attempt at honesty. Eg "I don't really have any money to spare" ("I have some but not enough for it to be worthwhile") vs "I really don't have any money to spare" ("I literally have nothing that I can give to you").

They... exist. They were cute at first when I saw then five or six years ago and then they just wore thin almost immediately afterwards, but they're easy enough to ignore so all in all my opinion is basically "eh".

In Bruce Almighty, when God gives Bruce his omnipotence and responsibility, he says he's going to take his first vacation in millenia. Then later, he says "by the way, you're only in charge of a few blocks of your town, because the whole world would overwhelm you".
So did God actually take that vacation? Did he leave 99% of the world without divine aid? Or what if he also gave his power to thousands of other humans all at once? That would be chaos!
