Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

Every time I get on this forum and see a private Message, I cringe and wonder "Oh god. What stupid shit did I say now that deserved a thump"
It has always been the prerogative of children and half-wits to point out that the emperor has no clothesYeah.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I'm pretty sure the original OS X has as much in common with the current OS X as Windows 7 has in common with Windows 95.
Fresh-eyed movie blogHow much do you get thumped dude?
I mean what's your ratio of thumps to actual messages for that to be your first thought?
I'm always extremely excited when I get a PM, for some reason.
I can't speak for Aszur, but I don't get thumped all that often. I'm just paranoid as fuck.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I'm always disapointed when I get thumps/automated messages.
It's like "Woo a PM! someone wants to talk to me!"
THUMP.
I just... Don't really get P Ms I didn't start myself. So if I get a PM out of nowhere without a conversation initiated like an hour ago there isn't much else to think it will be.
Not paranoia so much as me knowing that nobody here attempts to start a talk with me themselves.

Hey, I send P Ms to you.
Granted, it's pretty much always about my RP ideas but it counts.
I appreciate that dude. Don't get me wrong I'm not ignoring your existence, it's just that... Only started like a month ago at best. And happened like twice or three times.
I never used to get PM's.
But then again it was only Late July/Early August that people here began to realise I exist/I became relatively known, so yeah.
So that's why I'm excited to get them.

Someone in Insecurites has the same avatar as me (probably stole it from me).
Seriously confused the fuck out of me.
ಠ_ಠeevee is a pokemon, the other stuff means it has good stats and a good ability, for people who are really into the pokemon games. sorry for confusion!

That is something Windows has needed for a long time
HA means Hidden Ability and IV means Individual Value.
The first article I read about Win10 made it sound like they'd backtracked so hard into Win7 they left touch devices behind, but when I got more information, it sounds like they got it about right. Desktop for keyboard/mouse users, Metro for touch, and Continuum for convertibles.
Continuum looks like it'd also be useful on touch-active desktop all-in-ones.
Fresh-eyed movie blogSo I'm watching the Curious George movie and man, the art is gorgeous.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."They certainly did get that right.
Fresh-eyed movie blogoh man i remember that movie
now i wanna watch it again
i think i mostly want to see what happens when this whole place breaks apartI'm not really paying much attention to the plot, but it seems adequate.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."come to think of it i was a kid when i first watched it, so it may or may not actually be as good as i remember

I really wish they would have named it X.
But if they named it X, then people would claim that Microsoft Corp was copying Apple's Mac OS X.
Although, you must realise that Mr Gates hasn't been head of Microsoft since the early 00s, Sileny.
