You know, I had a thought. How would a Gensokyan react if they learned someone out there had the same powers they did, though from an entirely different source? Not necessarily in an Evil Twin scenario, mind.

...Welp, after several years I literally just got the joke with Commorragh's name.

What joke, you may ask? It is simple; there is another Dark Eldar city called Shaa-Dom in the fluff (which Vect gets turned into a quarantined, daemon-infested hellhole because the guy who ruled the place was getting uppity, but that's another story).

Shaa-Dom and Commorragh. Sound familiar?

So I'm getting culturizated this weekend by going along to see Cosi Fan Tutte. I have been advised to watch it first to get the plot, and in doing so, have discovered that adapting a work to modern settings can be... ill advised. I mean, there's one that's so 'Murican it hurts, where the Trickster Mentor is the owner of a diner who looks like Homer Simpson in a Hawaiian shirt and eyeliner, and the two heroes pull switchblades on him two minutes in. It's offputting, to say the least (especially since they're still singing in Italian).

Post coming after this Friday, sorry. Exam preparations have all of my attention ATM.
