Someone, buy Miku and make her say "My name is not Vocaloid."

Tagalog you say? I linked a Gumi song in that language once.

The video is nicer and the instrumentation goes harder, though Miku's accent still comes through.

Egh. Not a fan of the instrumentation. And the drop is so neutered. The cutoff on the saw waves just lets the whole thing down.

Dude's got a nice voice, though.

I was looking for a video where IA and Lia were singing My Soul, Your Beats together, and lucky me, I find they actually did it live. :P

They sound different even right next to each other. Lia sounds older and deeper...which is weird because they're singing the same pitch? Maybe.

Yeah, tons of people use IA higher than Lia's usual singing voice. Which is a shame for me, since I love how IA sounds at lower pitches best.

Okay, so a few posts ago I was trying to decide which Vocaloid would be the best Elsa... I found a cover with my favourites I'm so glad someone did a cover with Iroha and Yanhe. Mature power vocals are my weakness. orz

Heh, drawn like that they do look like Elsa and Anna.

I like Yan He better though. Her voice seems smoother. And she looks more like Elsa.

It appears that the next Neptunia game will include its own fanloid to personify the Project DIVA series. It's all the way at the bottom, but still...

I had to laugh.

Lady Wakky doesn't look at all like Ms. Pacman.

Hm, not that there's much to have an opinion on, since she doesn't have a voice yet. But here's her official site: http://www.rana0909.jp/rana/

Her 'moe' design has already garnered her a fanbase, so perhaps she gain some popularity. I think a lot of people are hoping she doesn't turn out to be the next Rion, one of our last attempts at aiming towards the moe-loving demographic, which was a disaster. Oh yeah, and it seems she's going to come with some other software – MMD and the like. She is coming from a bi-weekly magazine that aims to teach people how to produce music with Vocaloids. One of the cons we know currently is that her price is pretty steep, but that might be due to all the extras.

Well people will always keep buying new Vocaloids. But they do need to have a pretty good gimmick to them to make a foothold in the business.

NPR has a full stream of Porter Robinson's "Worlds" right now for free (it doesn't actually come out until like 7 days atm.)
