YEEEEAH— no.
The rules are pretty simple— I'm thinking of a song. It's from a video game. Guess what song it is. You can ask yes/no questions for hints. Whoever guesses the song first will take control of the game and choose their own song. To this point, we've accumulated over 300 songs among 15000 posts— thanks to everyone who's played so far!

Tips for future reference, if it's your turn:
- Make sure to keep track of hints you've given! Also, if an answer is kinda fuzzy, you can elaborate a little bit.
- Try not to repeat a game. Same game/series is acceptable, but there's a lot of music still untouched. Same game and song is right out. Be sure to check this list thoroughly!

Shall we begin?

@Att Obl 227: Jumping the gun a little bit, are we? Remember, you can narrow it down. That's a "no", by the way.

@Zephid: No. It is not from a water level.

  • Round 1
    • The song is from a Mario game.
      • It's from Super Paper Mario.
    • It does not play in a water level.
    • It is a boss theme.
      • It's not a theme for That One Boss.
      • You can't play as Bowser during said bossfight. (You can play as him against Wracktail, though.)
    • SOLVED by Awe Striker: "Fracktail Battle"

"I've come to the conclusion that this is a very stupid idea."
...presuming he's wrong, did this song occur in a water level?
"I have run 10 miles a day, every day, for 18 years. That's 65,000 miles. A third of the way to the moon. My goal is to run to the moon."
Problem?
^^ Understood...

Hint... Does it take place in a Boss Fight?

Possibly a Song from Super Paper Mario?

Crap, they figured it out— I mean, yes.

EDIT: Nope. It's not "The Ultimate Show".

Is Bowser playable at the time of this fight?

Is Bowser playable at the time of this fight?

No...?

I'm going to guess that it's Mimi's boss theme from Chapter 2.

Also incorrect.

I still don't understand how that's supposed to work as the final boss theme. I'm going to guess that it's Mimi's bosstheme from Chapter 2.

All right then, that leaves Fracktail's boss theme.

{Fist Pump!}

The scene beforehand is a definite Crowning Moment of Funny.

All right, that means it's my turn. Have a guess.

  • Round 2
    • The song is from a DS game.
    • The song is from an RPG.
      • But it is NOT from the Etrian Odyssey series.
      • But it is NOT from a Final Fantasy game.
        • Or for that matter, any Square-Enix game.
      • But it is NOT from either Izuna game.
      • But it is NOT from Avalon Code, although I heartily recommend that game.
    • The game of origin was neither developed nor produced by Nintendo.

I guessed twice in a row last round, so yes.
