Awaken, Regigigas my master! (the three Regis proceed to pose fabulously)
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! That theme goes with everything, I swear
It's like the new Guile Theme.
So just wondering about anime:
Is this actually first time ever that they are having a pokemon battle with team leader?
I mean, don't they usually just have some sort of world ending scheme going on that they need to stop that doesn't involve pokemon battles?
You're better off asking in the anime thread because people over there are more than likely to actually watch the show.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?i dunno what it's like now, but i'm pretty sure ash actually fought basically all the gym leaders and only got a pity badge like three times
Not gym leader. Team leader. As in villain.
Trans rights are human rights.About to start ''Platinum" after not touching it for like 8 years. Should I go with Chimchar or Piplup as my starter?
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? How about neither?
I'm not using Turtwig.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I was always a Chimchar man, myself.
Don't know if I ever really cared for the Sinnoh starters, though...
Oh God! Natural light!Why not?
I was always a Infernape guy but, provided the Fire Type diversity is increased, I'm considering Torterra for the inevitable Sinnoh remakes.
i'd pick chimchar since sinnoh's fire type selection is ass.
IIRC your best STAB move that is readily available is fire blast, which has annoyingly low accuracy but whatever.
Turtwig is the best one though, at least as far as in-game is concerned. With Piplup you're stuck giving things prissy-ass slaps until it finally finally learns a special move. and with Chimchar you can get mowed down by your rival's starter that just learns Earthquake.
Wow, my sister's old save took forever to delete. I knew Sinnoh was slow, but yeesh.
Chose the boy protag and named him after me. Barry is Barry because I'm uncreative.
EDIT: Went with the monkey. Got a shitty Quiet nature, so I soft reset once and got lucky with a Rash female.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Nice.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI think they make lotions for that.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!D/P plays like Sonic compared to how Uranium(or any RPG maker pokemon fangame for that matter) runs on my laptop lol. I'm actually in the middle of a playthrough right now and I'm going to challenge Fantina. I might evolve my Haunter first though.

I'd pick the monkey because there's a dearth of fire types in Sinnoh.
Wait, I'm just a bit late to the party, aren't I...

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Just a bit, yeah.
Infernape's movepool is ridiculously good. Close Combat, Mach Punch Thunder Punch, Grass Knot, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, and Overheat. Sword Dance and Nastry Plot are also available.

Non Indicative UsernameInfernape was incredible 4th gen.
I'd pick Infernape even with a increased pool of Fire types because he's way cooler than most of them.
Great design, amazing in-game performance.
have fun with the s l o w
engine issues asside, platinum is much better paced than diamond and pearl at least
