All I'm getting is a 'Google Error'.
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundWhile it is kind of cool, I would find it freaking weird.
AAH I'm stuck here in training and I can't pick my copy up for at least another week or so.
I haven't been so excited to play a game in years.
Gamestop still hasn't shipped my copy. It's supposed to come on release. It's release today.
this place needs me here@ Mike: Don't care, it's my personal opinion and I'm entitled to it.
Anyway, I have the game. Haven't had much of a chance to play thanks to classes, but so far, it's a blast. It don't really have anything profound to say. It feels like a mix of T6 and TTT (obviously) gameplay-wise. It's unbelievably frantic once you get into the swing of things, but it's quite smooth to boot. Can't give you any feedback on online yet, but if you liked the last few games, you'll surely enjoy this one.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadHarada said in a tweet that he was going to demo the 'hidden characters' on this stream. Tune in if you're interested. Bear in mind, it's all Japanese, all the time, and I don't think he's gotten to demoing them yet. And that's if by 'hidden characters' he's not just referring to the pre order bonuses.
He showed them. Dr. B is going to be such a troll-character, I can't wait.
Stream is over.
And heeere's the gameplay:

this place needs me hereI know approx. no one cares, but the guys have some seriously fugly swimsuits.
Estimated shipping time: 2-4 weeks.Sounds good then. I'll have a lot to learn.
Hi, I got the game just this Tuesday when it released here in the Philippines. I pre-ordered, but I haven't used the DL Cs yet as the servers aren't usually fully operational this early. I've played the game so far and I've been happy with what I'm seeing. The bonus stages are pretty awesome. I played in the Philippines stage (I think its a reasonable bias), but it had some strange Thailand trappings tied in. I began to think this was supposed to be a Thailand stage but got changed mid-development. The Holland stage is amazingly fun to play in. Offline and Online ranks have been separated, so your characters technically now have two ranks. The music in this game rocks, probably the best offered.
I got to play Tag 2 in the arcades before, so some combos are familiar to me. But the bonus is that the command lists now give detail to which moves proc a bound, track sidesteppers, and initiate tag combos. Oh, and sample combos have the inputs back, like in T5:DR. Command lists, however, do not teach you tag combos, which is pretty much up to you to learn. If you've played T6 and/or TTT, this game is a cakewalk.
Fight lab is fun, but a bit tedious for me. Basically you earn "development" points in stages, and you get to spend them on moves from the different fighters to build the ultimate fighting machine. I think you also earn a free move per stage, and what move it is depends on your rank (S, A, B or C). Most of the moves come from Mishimas, which is no surprise. I haven't played past Stage 1 because I was too giddy trying out tag combos that I didn't have the time (or money) to try out in the arcades.
Customization is pretty confusing at the moment. You can't buy anything...yet. I think you have to unlock customs by playing a certain game mode for a certain amount of time. I think it has something to do with getting past fight lab or play online. Anyone with info on this please do tell. What I do find interesting is that you can now customize (apparently) the picture of your character before s/he does the intro and the LE Ds that display behind your character during said intro. This was supposed to be customizable in the arcades, but didn't quite make it, in this region at least. Most characters also get a free bonus costume, though. I can't wait for my characters to hold the fish.
That's pretty much it for now. Hope this was helpful.

Sidestep that, bro.I'm really digging the chalk animation endings for the Capoeiristas. And it took 3 games, but Christie and Eddy finally have unique endings, for once!
Stepping out of my lurking shoes to drop this in:
The mushrooms in the Wii U version are a separate mode, apparently.
Also, there will be costume pieces to dress up as Nintendo characters◊. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Fox McCloud, Link, Samus, etc.
It was, thank you. Shame about the customisation, I bet we'll hear more about it later on. The only issue for me is I basically have to learn from scratch on how to play the game. Fight lab should help.
That's what I get from playing Street Fighter and Darkstalkers all the time.

Update. And some gross negligence...
Customizations are actually ENABLED, but it took me a while to figure it out. The problem was TTT 2 has a new customization profiling system that enables you to save different customization sets for each character. Think of it as using 1P and 2P models, except there's more slots to save in. With this in mind, I was actually trying to customize the default model, which is separate, and uncustomizable, which explains why I could hardly touch it. When I finally got to create a new customization set, the Fight Shop is open and BOOM. Tons and tons of customization. The only sad part I think is that upper body sets are fused with the gloves and lower body sets come with shoes. Bummer.
Fight Lab actually delivers. Its a really good training mode. Newer players and older players are likely to appreciate it, and doing good in it actually unlocks more customization. I swear, this game is going to make me skip work one day.
Sidestep that, bro.My lord the shoulders are wide on the women in this game.
I rented it because what the hell.
Miguel is soooo much fun.
Finally got it. Thank Jeedis...
I love everything except for the customization. It's such a hassle to navigate, and though there are a lot of certain items (Glasses, Item moves) for everybody, it's gives you a lot less freedom than you had in Tekken 6. Plus, in Tekken 6, the customizations available were tailored to your character. In Tag 2, there is a large set of generic items that aren't tailored to anyone in particular, but favor the regular human fighters. So the likes of Ogre or Kuma get screwed out of half the customizations with little to make up for it.
Just wanted to get that out of the way, because it is literally my ONLY gripe with the game. So far.
this place needs me hereIs it safe to presume that the DLC characters will get endings too? I love them endings.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyAren't FMVs pretty large files? Would you really want that on your hard drive?

They already have endings and they're already on disc, and yes, you can already find them on youtube.
this place needs me hereGood because I'm never beating Unknown.
Really? I haven't found her particularly hard. In fact, I have yet to loose that battle when I'm not playing with a friend in pair-play.
It helps to be offensive, and not giving her a chance to start combo-ing you to high hell.

Well I for one am really happy with the roster. Any guys who have got it or will get it in the next two days, would you mind posting what you think of it? I can't get it until Friday.
