You want a minion whose power rivals most of the Overlords? Archangel Flonne would be one odd minion ;). Even once she has Fallen again from being taken, she would still fight for Love above all else.
We just need to go on that heroes mission, and keep Flonne Captured. A very difficult task, not to mention Tesseract would have to win the challenge.
