You did it right.
Fight smart, not fair.If we're going to keep von Karma, a screenshot of him verbally abusing the judge could work.
Here's one of him blinking menacingly.◊
One of him...not doing anything in particular◊
One of...you know what? Most images of Manfred von Karma are JAFAAC.
As for Franziska, his far-more-illustrative-of-this-trope daughter: The now-famous comic strip◊ Franziska, on her own motives◊

To convey it for real, what we need is a pic of his objection pose, with the splash balloon that comes before it superimposed in the corner... That might do it.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.Actually, the perfect image is this one.
Good quality, taken straight from the game. Shows the trope pretty well IMO. Clearly amoral, clearly attorney.

There are quite a lot of those; I thought it was acceptable.
Besides, what reason would a prosecutor have to brandish a whip in court if not to badger witnesses? And the defense. And the judge.
Sometimes not the witnesses. Sometimes just the defense. Sometimes just the judge... Frankly, she's more whip-happy than amoral...
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold. How, pray tell, do we show a lawyer being amoral without dialogue?
I had no idea who this guy was, never mind how he was supposed to represent this trope until I read the discussion in this thread. I say strike the image, and if we can't find a picture that represents the trope then this becomes a pictureless page.
You can have dialogue. You can't have a Wall of Text though.
Fight smart, not fair.If you can't show it without a lot of dialog, then you don't need a picture.
Does showing Von Karma saying I killed your father work. Acepptable though clear it might be top much of a spoiler.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Yeah, this can go imageless, but believe me when I say it can have an image. Also, yeah. Big spoiler.
How about something like this?
That's pretty good, but it might fall under JAFAAC. I think it's fine, though.
It shows him bullying the judge. I think that's pretty clear.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.I have no knowledge of the series, apart from this page, and I would have no idea what that picture was. I'd have assumed it was a some snooty evil aristocrat telling a judge what to do, and possibly as a snooty evil aristo currently in the dock himself at that. I wouldn't automatically put that guy down as an attorney. Fan Myopia at work here.
Yeah, plus it works equally well as a "Lawer: THAT TEXT GOES HERE" quote.
What about changing the trope picture to the Blue Haired Lawyer from The Simpsons. No offence to Ace Attorney fans, but BHL is much more recognisable to most people. And he looks much more like a lawyer.

I have a message from another time...The Blue haired lawyer is Burn's attorney. He's way to minor to be a good example.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing. The fact that you can't even name him makes me think he wouldn't be a good picture.

Pages Needing ImagesLionel Hutz, then? He usually works for the protagonists but some of his methods are questionable, at best...
Not really ecbven the best example then?
How about an image of Yew holding a gun. But once again that might be too spoilerly.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.
I sorta hate to get rid of the current character altogether because he's a great fit, plus I love the caption and particularly the link in the caption, but in the current picture Von Karma looks more like an evil aristocrat than an attorney. If we could find a picture of him in court, or something that made it a little more obvious he was actually a lawyer I think that'd probably be better.
(Hopefully I did this right, this is the first time I've ever made a new topic here.)
Current project: Cleaning up the Chrono Crusade examples one at a time. God help me.
