The whole episode seemed to be like the Monsters University of Regular Show, if you're into that sort of thing. Which, I'm not.

That said, it is fun to go back and revisit old episodes and see how surprisingly well they mesh with this one. "Skips in Time" was fantastic in how it set up Klorgbane and even shout outs to Techmo fit in. It's one of the few times where I could tell they went back to old episodes to ensure nothing continuity wise was sacrificed.

It's the return of Mordecai and the rigbys! Dude Were Getting The Band Back Together

This episode really spoke to me as an artist: Mordecai is me in real life.(Tear of sadness sheds)

Mordecai went to art school?? .... what DIDN'T Mordecai and Rigby do growing up?!

Yes, this episode really captures the sense of self-doubt that haunts any creative person at one time or other.

It's actually been mentioned in passing multiple times in the past. Such as when they went camping and Margaret & him were talking about college & he notes it was just art school.

Also, technically, college would be something they didn't do together since Rigby didn't even graduate high school.

As a former art major, I was invested more in the message of this episode rather than the content (really, is Picasso art the only form of art all cartoons can use to riff on??).

Wow. this episode really made me feel like I was watching "2 in the AM PM" all over again, but that ending was SWEEEEEET! Oh and look, CJ's back again.

The Phone Guardians agreeing with Rigby about CJ had me rolling.

Curb-Stomp Battle w/ Margaret taking things out of proportions.

Margaret is just better off following her dreams and whatnot. At least CJ feels more like a character in comparison.

I still don't think this show should be doing anything romantic with & Mordecai, honestly. It usually just leads to more drama that while it gives the show life, it's energy is not always put towards what the show is meant to be more about.

Regular show is a Slice of Life show. It's not like adding a GF will make it any less odder or worse than it is. Besides, We know CJ can actually do stuff if she gets mad enough. Imagine her in an episode where she fights the Monster of the Week

Oh boy, I haven't checked out the Tumblr tag but I'm sure they'll be irate.

Glad they didn't beat around the bush too long with that one. Plus I retain what I said when CJ was first introduced, Mordecai and her spending time together just feels like they have way more chemistry to one another.

Yay they got a date!! :D And with a really fun girl who gets him! :D

Almost forgot to say this, but I loved Yuji in this episode. One of the best supporting characters in a while IMO since he made me think of Ken Jeong from The Hangover.

YES! EXACTLY reminded me of him!

I'm pretty sure Margaret will meet CJ at some point. Makes me wonder how things will go down exactly when that happens.

I think her VA was Quintel's girlfriend for a while. That's probably why she was written out, if you can get what I'm saying.

They weren't. J.G. Quintel has already said in the past that they weren't when people kept asking that and he's been married since 2010 anyway, the same year Regular Show debuted.
