We're stuck waiting for artists and animators.
Oh good, can I also be an artist/animator?
OC stand in for clearance. Welcome to the Sprylite Zone.I stopped contributing a loooooooooooong time ago. I am just not good at writing characters yet, and could not stop changing my guy every few weeks.
They assed first. I am only retaliating in an ass way. -The Dead Man's LifeAww, man. There's gotta be tropers who are artists, though. Maybe people should check DA for willing conspirators...
Newgrounds would probably be a better place for animators.
I'm an artist. Doesn't mean I'm good, or that I'd be dedicated. Or that I have any idea what's going on here.
New User HandleCome on now, you know what I meant by "artist". :P
Did anyone ever make a post about this in VA/G (lol)? Seems like it'd maybe get more attention there.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text-Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffNo. I said I needed help on the intro paragraph (having finished the rest of the post), but no one ever gave it.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.Couldn't you just say hi and that we're looking for artists for a webseries (or comic, or slideshow, or whatever this ends up being)?
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text-Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffWell, yes, that was the general idea, but since I'm a perfectionist, I got bogged down in the wording.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.I already put out a call on deviantART asking for contributing artists. I got zero responses. It kind of killed my enthusiasm.
For everyone offering to be an artist: send us a link to your stuff. Go to this page and try to draw the main characters, or go to this page and try to storyboard a few scenes. I personally am especially interested in the opening scene and the huddle sequence where the team discusses what to do with the new guy. Make sure in your storyboards that you have enough detail so we can see what's happening and read facial expressions. Don't try to change the script for now. Just do your best to draw things as they are written (I think standard practice is to draw the scene then write the line underneath).
We ideally are trying for a moving comic book style. Ironeye may provide a link to an example later (what we want is not the commercial, but what comes after it). Also be prepared for critique. Most of us will try to be nice most of the time, but we are also going to be honest. If we do say stuff, take what we say into account and rework what you've done to fit those needs.

Video Game Census. Please contribute. So it's definitely dead?
Everything indicates that production has basically halted and no one hangs here anymore, but I'd love to audition to be a VA if I'm just misunderstanding something.
