For now 1.7.5 works. I'm in the process of updating it, I added worldguard and dynmap but I have to figure out how to get them to work. My friend is going to help me with that then try another method of connecting our servers since bungeecord didn't work. I too hope to get on and actually play more, I'm excited to see what Lycoris and his friends have been working on

bennusmagnus: Did you make certain that you set it to 1.7.5? 1.7.2 works fine for me, so that might be a way. It's possible you were somehow un-whitelisted or that you have the wrong IP, it was changed recently.

Not that I'm aware of. It was completely furniture-free inside, and the sign on the door said VACANT.

On a side note, there are dud creepers on New Ravendel. One blew up in my face and didn't damage me at all.

Any house labeled Vacant is available to take, if you claim a house or room in the castle please take down the vacant sign and replace it with your name.

To be honest, I don't know where anybody else lives, but my house is built into a cliff with a massive farm extending into the sea with sugarcane lining one side. You can't miss it.
That farm is only temporary though. I'm going to eventually move all of that completely into the mountain with only an entrance remaining. That won't be for a while though.

Yeah I think I might know the place. Behind the portrait is a giant dug-out room right? If so look right and forward out from your place. I don't know how far your view distance is but if you go that way I think you'll hit my giant tree in no time. I think I've even swam to your place to look at it.

Nice. I may have a look around your place eventually. BTW if you were on our previous server you might recall that I had two giant hidden structures, an elaborate strip-mine, and a massive farm tower that went past the cloud level. That large dug out room of mine is only the beginning.

As you can see, it is a work in progress. There are two portals I can't identify because of a lack of signage. The one marked 'Cave?' is a huge portal in a large chamber with yellow carpeting, and simply dumps you into, well, a cave. I wasn't about to get lost in that motherfucker trying to find out who put the portal there. The one marked '???' is inside someone's base, but the nearby door is locked, so I don't know who lives there.
If you think there is anything I've missed, please, let me know.
I thought they fixed the ritualistic animal suicide? I guess though I haven't been near surface lava in about 10 maps now so I wouldn't have seen it either way.
