How do you think hide and seek may play out between the two of them?

So aside from fear or jealousy, how do you think the average kid would react to them? And you know how kids often have passing but intense interests in things? How do you think the pair's would affect the world around them?

What do you think would be a likely reaction from Tariq and Josie's parents to discovering that there is another child like there's?

Hey you mentioned the idea of Josephine making herself a friend, didn't you? How might this friend be different from real humans?

It would probably be a bit slow, compared to regular humans; and completely devoted to Josie.

Like Forrest Gump slow? Oh and you know how Death usaully has like hourglases that measure your life and once the sand runs out you die? What could be an alternate life measuring devices teacher Death could use? I had an idea involving wind up toys, when your life is over it runs down.

Also if Josie and Tariq gave their classmates special abilities for an afternoon how do you think that'd turn out?

And do you think it'd be cooler to not reveal the source of the pair's powers to the readers until say the middle of the story? Or should it be stated right of the bat?

1. No, not that slow. Just kinda slow, but not to really stupid levels.

2. A computer program! Or an app on his iPhone.

3. Really badly.

4. Right off the bat.

What could be a good name for Josie's friend? And what could death use as an alias?

How could their classmates in preschool have found out about the pair's abilities? And what would be the most fitting power the two could give on that afternoon I mentioned to Jackson, The Arthur Dent?

For death? Grim. I'm not teerribly good with names.

Okay, let's say it was their birthday, the pair wanted to be able to play with their classmates on an equal level for once, does that help?

Any ideas for last names?
I'd go for a random name generator, factoring in things like where the setting is set (America? statistically speaking you'd have X name or Britain you'd have Y name). you could have the kids come from different backgrounds or similar ones all based on what G&S decided would be appropriate, which is unknowable.

Hey if they went through phases (you know dinosaur phases, pirate phases, space phases) how could it affect their town?
Talk like a pirate day would be accompanied by phantom apparel and spectral parrots.

Think it'd be interesting for the school to know that the history teacher is the Grim Reaper?
Maybe, depends on the setting and it's tone.

Weird thought, but I had an idea for a character, a friend of the pair who's new in town and kind of the Arthur Dent. Anyway over the course of the story he get's his hands on and eats fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, what do you think may happen?
I'd like to hear from him, It sounds like something I heard about One Piece if a human ate a human devil fruit he would become enlightened.

What could be some subtle indications of how much unconscious influence the two have over their town?
reality unwrapping? pink winged unicorns fighting Orks? Childrens drawings making sense?

If God and Satan got tired of the kids being so friendly with eachover what do you think they might try to get their plans back on track? And do you think it could be interesting to see God and Satan become closer to eachover as time goes by, united by their kids? And you know when the angel appeared to Mary? What could be away the Devil could mock that with Tariq's mum?
  1. They are unknowable so maybe, and the kids were supposed to be doing stuff.
  2. They are unknowable so maybe.
  3. Beer Goggles?

Who would you rather narrate the story? The kids or Yahweh and Lucifer?
The kids wold be easier for you to write, I've never heard of the alternative going well.

And what could be some weird things that coulda happened during the characters gestation.
not sure, mini angels? mothers developing halos? whoever touches the divine vessels belly doesn't have to eat for a day?

And what could be some nightmare fuel stuff from the Bible God and Satan could send if they had enough with the kid's breaking their destiny line?
The horse men? Mercenaries? Undead Goths? Hannibal? Giants? Dragons? oh i don't know the host of heaven and the legions of hell? the great beasts? the end of days? smitin' babies? the crap Job when through? a great big whale? all kinds of stuff I'm sure.

How could you modernize the ten plagues of Egypt?
Why would you want to? their supposed to be magic. God said do it and it is done.

Anything the kids could do to keep themselves in the town's good graces? I'd imagine there'd have to be some upside to having them around?
  1. Plenty, water into wine would be great for parties.
  2. There'd also be the bit about the Greek mythologies and world religions that you just proved wrong, unless you say somehow that every religion was right expect some hate mail both fictional and non.

So which kid should narrate? Or should it alternate? And what could be some birth marks or physical traits that could hint at their nature?
  1. I'd alternate amongst a few kids so you'd get a muggles experiences too.
  2. why would there be one? it's not like their difficult to spot.

If Satan wanted to amass loyal Satanists in their town, (what should the town be called anyway?) what could be a funny way he could go about it?
  1. no clue, where is the town?
  2. not even trying to hide, just buy a plot of land and but a sign up, church of Satan. have people be confused what it's all about anyway or "just now noticing" it.

Hey if either of the of the kids asked their parents why they're different, what could be some explanations they could try using on them?
Because god made you special ... because I made you special [lol].

Do you think they'd tell the parents, you know God and Satan?
what, whom?

How do you think hide and seek may play out between the two of them?
no fair hiding on the moon.

So aside from fear or jealousy, how do you think the average kid would react to them? And you know how kids often have passing but intense interests in things? How do you think the pair's would affect the world around them?
  1. I'd bet they'd like it, untill they learned jealousy.
  2. I don't know.

What do you think would be a likely reaction from Tariq and Josie's parents to discovering that there is another child like there's?
at first it'd probably be a divide by zero moment, then oh good now go play, then when they learn more about the history of the kids. Blue screen of Death.

Hey you mentioned the idea of Josephine making herself a friend, didn't you? How might this friend be different from real humans?
what hu? I'd imagnie a magic talking computer.

Like Forrest Gump slow? Oh and you know how Death usaully has like hourglases that measure your life and once the sand runs out you die? What could be an alternate life measuring devices teacher Death could use? I had an idea involving wind up toys, when your life is over it runs down.
Eh, why not.

Also if Josie and Tariq gave their classmates special abilities for an afternoon how do you think that'd turn out?
That sounds like a game breaker to me, on the other hand It is said that god can create a rock so big he can't lift it, then lift it.

And do you think it'd be cooler to not reveal the source of the pair's powers to the readers until say the middle of the story? Or should it be stated right of the bat?
whatever works for you, I'd go for whenever the characters learn the truth the audience knows it.

What could be a good name for Josie's friend? And what could death use as an alias?
  1. IDK, Pewter?
  2. IDK, William?

How could their classmates in preschool have found out about the pair's abilities? And what would be the most fitting power the two could give on that afternoon I mentioned to Jackson, The Arthur Dent?
  1. what they were hiding it?
  2. Wings, wings that do something.

Okay, let's say it was their birthday, the pair wanted to be able to play with their classmates on an equal level for once, does that help?
  1. equal level? nay. Elite Minions? hellz yeah.

You could always go with the classic candles. When all the oil is gone, you're dead. Not very original, but a room full of these candles always looks awesome.

What could be a good title for this? And I kinda think Josie's friend should be humanlike, don't know why she just should. And if we're putting Josie in an uncoventional family how about she's raised by a single mother; she wanted to have a child, was unable to find a partner she was comfortable having children with, had IVF, sound good? Also I wouldn't say they were actively hiding their powers from their peers I'm hust trying to figure out a funny way they could learn about the pair's abilities, any ideas? And what would happen if you blew out the candles, and I'm also fond of the Iphone app idea, think both could be used?

  1. Perhaps it's just me but I like "The Youthful Misadventures Of The Human Embodiments Of Satan And God".
  2. Tis your work do what comes naturally
  3. Tis your work do what comes naturally, but why?
  4. They do stuff, it's blatant. If I were you I'd make it funny.
  5. Perhaps the person goes into living suspended animation ie they're not alive and not dead. since their time has not gone out.
  6. Tis your work do what comes naturally, why not?

If they were having a swim what could be some weird stuff they could use their power for while doing that?

the water starts glowing? they're suddenly in the ocean? someone starts walking on top? Water Is Air, See Water, Super Not-Drowning Skills or Airy Water?

What could be like a birthmark the pair could have? Please don't say 666, that's what they'd be expecting! And what could be some ways their parents and teachers could try exercising authority over them? Sugestions don't really have to be workable although those a welcome to.

  1. Do you want something they both share? or something like a Red Right Hand that each of them have but is different?
    1. Perhaps god's kid has a tattoo that's on fire (that never burns anything) on her ankle of the Ichthys or a bush. Satan's kid would sport something more badass (well it's trying anyway but I doubt it would come across as such) perhaps a back tattoo of Saint Michael in reverse with the devil stepping on him, it moves ever so slightly when your not looking at it.

  2. They are authority figures the kids would respect them if they are young enough for that reason only (or grow out of it when older). If it synchronizes with G&S agenda they comply who's to say their parents can't mind control the youngsters just a tiny bit. there has to be something that they can't do or can't do easily (otherwise they would be thier parents) so finding out how to control that would be how to control the kids. some threat to thier parents such as their bosses. Death telling them if they don't behave he'll take away thier toys lives.

Hey what do you think would happen to Lilith (Josie's friend not the mythological one) when Josie isn't playing with her? Vanish, goes and lives with some family bewitched to belive she's their child? Or do you think she'd live with Josie and her Mum just accepts her, probably after her mind's been tinkered with? And what would the pairs life candles look like?

  1. No clue
  2. Eh, why not.
  3. That doesn't sound sympathetic to me but it's your story.
  4. Over priced, like those holiday candles with wooden wicks and golden wax. Kind of imagine Satan's kid would get one of those novelty Halloween candles, looks like a hand (or head or skull) that "bleeds" wax. If they even have candles.
