The Dual Vipers. The most useful all-rounder in Deadlocked.
Other than them, the Fusion Rifle. My second most used gun in Deadlocked. I'm a sucker for a good Sniper Rifle.
I am a proud member of the Western Federation's Anti-Japan Media Task Force. My work is very important.I liked the tornado gun, but I was actually decent multitasking with the Sixaxis.
The one that plays Ode To Joy.
Fight smart, not fair.I thought the joke weapons were the lamest because they were the least fun to use. R&C is actually a good enough action series (well, at least it was at one point) that they shouldn't have to rely on kiddie humor.
My favorites were the rocket launchers which shoot rockets which exploded into smaller homing missiles, the shotguns (esp. the rapecannon from GC), the spitting hydra, the lava gun, and the sniper rifles (without using the scope).
I love the feel of the weapons, they're unlike anything else. Instead of feeling punchy and visceral like bullet-firing weapons from a more traditional FPS, it feels like you're shooting a constant barrage of fireworks. Everything explodes, then the bits that came out of the explosion explode and make more explosions.
I have only played the PS 2 Ratchets but I would have to say the mini-blackhole was the funest to use (on non-bosses), Coolness I would have to say the orbital strike weapon from Deadlocked.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I'm partial to the gun that summons an interdimentsional monster to eat your foes. Y'know, something a bit more subdued and low key than the other weapons.
The Glove of Doom/Agents of Doom are a classic.
The Vacuum Gun is amazing.
For sheer hilarity, I'd go for the Harbinger/Supernova in Gladiator. Laser it from orbit! Also, the original R.Y.N.O was beautiful.
Honourable mentions go to the Glove of Doom and the Tesla Claw.
Escape.^ Agreed with the Glove of Doom.
Synthenoid and Bouncer are my favorite weapons in R&C2, and in R&C1, I like the Glove of Doom, Devastator, and Morph O Ray.
Last Defense Line. The Liquid Nitrogen Gun. So satisfying to use.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialThe disco ball of doom was nice.
Fight smart, not fair.Disco grenades. If for no other reason than because everything in the game crotch-pops.
It makes them dance while being head shot, how is that not the most awesome thing ever?
Fight smart, not fair.Any version of the Secret weapon that kills enemies easily are pretty awesome.
Since when were you under the impression that I was Aizen? The lightning whip. Because it's a damn lightning whip.
The two sided lightsaber was awesome.
Fight smart, not fair. The higher end wrenches from Deadlocked. FLAMING WRENCHES. Do I really have to explain?

I am a proud member of the Western Federation's Anti-Japan Media Task Force. My work is very important.Ryos. ALL OF THEM.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI have to admit I have a soft spot for the Black Sheepinator too. Because, well, kamikaze sheep.
^^^ Flaming wrenches that apparently contain black holes.
Escape. The Black Hole Gun was pretty fun, as well as the Dual Vipers, and the N60 Storm.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Agreed on the bouncer.
I remember I liked the [duckinator?] from the third game. As it upgraded, the ducks got sharp teeth, then they were on fire, then giant, on fire, with sharp teeth and fought alongside you as a teammate. It was good in multiplayer, too.

Oh god... don't make me choose...
Mini rocket tube, pulse rifle, bomb glove, mini turret glove, lava gun... there's too many to choose...
I'm way behind on my gaming: I just now got ahold of Up Your Arsenal. In honor of that, what are your favorite R&C weapons, Tropers?
The Bouncer/Heavy Bouncer ended up being my best friend through most of Going Commando.
