During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

Before Faust, i would EP Efret from Sol divide-sword of darkness video game. However i want to ask anyone who played the game whether was he possesed by Heladius or not.
In Tyora's path, she said something like: "Heladius inside you"
But in Vorg's and Kashon's paths there is no indication that he is possesed.

- Urban Legends: Final Cut: Professor Solomon is the seemingly laid back film making teacher of Alphine University, but later revealed to be an entitled and brutal copy cat killer, continuing a spree of murders based off of urban legends and targeting Amy Mayfield. His first victim is an acting student named Lisa whom he drugged, tortured by removing her kidney and decapitated. His next victim is Amy's leading actress Sandra, whose murder he filmed and shown it to her friends. He goes on to kill the rest of Amy's crew, including brutally electrocuting Sam and Dirk, before luring Amy and her friend Vanessa to a tower, where he locks Amy in a room with his victims while he hangs Vanessa. When his true identity is discovered, Solomon shoots another student Toby and reveals he plans on framing Amy for the murders as revenge for her father being the one who cost him his dreams of a Hollywood career; he further reveals that he murdered his student Travis to steal credit for his thesis film in hopes to start a new career. In the ensuing fight, he takes Travis's twin brother Trevor at gun point, before getting into a Mexican Standoff with Amy. When beaten, even knowing there's no way he can avoid arrest or possibly death at this point, spitefully tries to kill Amy a final time.

While MasterJoseph's working on his Flide entry, I've taken the time to write one for the unnamed Officer.
- The unnamed Alaskan Base Officer is a psychotic, cruel soldier serving the Faith Organization, and the first enemy Quenther and Havia face. Seeing Objects as superior to humans and refusing to accept peace, the Officer leads a battle into the Legitimacy Kingdom Base, ignoring their white flag of peace. He sends out both his troops and his Object, Prometheus- aka the Water Strider- causing a great deal of casualties. Capturing Milinda, Quenther, and Havia, the Officer plans to execute the latter two, choosing to brutally interrogate Milinda via hypnosis and electrodes, with no regards to how her personality will be affected, hanging her afterwards from the Object's guns as a display until she freezes to death to serve as a warning to his enemies. When his base is invaded by Frolaytia, the Officer refuses to surrender, attempting to gleefully shoot the three when they try to escape.
There will be more candidates proposed by both me and MasterJoseph coming from Heavy Object later on this week exclusive to the Light Novels, so stay tuned.

He's in both the anime (Episode 3 to be exact) and the light novel.
It's just by the same author, though Heavy Object has been referenced in the To Aru series as a work of fiction.
