Hideous name, and the article doesn't even explain the origin of the title.
Harmless Bait Gambit, or something else involving the word "bait", would be good.
I wonder why the rename didn't go through then?
Here, Have Some Bear Pheromones
Or replace Bear Pheromones with whatever.

Rhymes with "Protracted."Nope, that sounds too much like a Take This, It May Help You on Your Quest.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.So...Crowner?
Crowner made and linked.
BUMP.
So, nine votes for Trouble Magnet Gambit. Any objections?
Trouble Magnet Gambit is at 10 vs 4 for the nearest rival. It is meaningful and a nice ring to it. A clear winner — go ahead.
...So how do I change the trope name again?
Copy the content of the original name.
Click the redlink for the desired rename. Hit edit, and paste content. Save. Trope created!
Now go back to the original name and make it a redirect for the new name.
Then you're supposed to add to the list of renamed tropes here in the repair shop.
Rename complete: moved, redirected, discussion moved, links to this and YKTTW added, all wicks updated; this thread can be locked.

Crown Description:
New name. testing out the new widget dealie, woot
First of all: Guess That Trope! Can't figure it out? Check the page? The reason why the title doesn't work because the name comes from an obscere Doctor Who story that nobody out of the fandom would know about.
While we're at it, the description should be a little longer.
So, Raw Meat Gambit? Harmless Bait Gambit?
EDIT: More proof:
Vasor Gambit found in: 18 articles, excluding discussions.
This title has brought 12 people to the wiki from non-search engine links since 20th FEB '09.
It's safe to change.
