Why not make a video game where the Road Avenger must get his pregnant wife to the hospital before the baby's breast cancer kills them?

Imagine the drama,of a Road Avenger with his family on the line, of a vulnerable Ms. Road Avenger dying of her son's breast cancer, of an unborn child coming to terms that his feminine disease is not only killing him but also his mother, the symbiosis of the two is vital to the narrative, and the parallels between Road Avenger's genocide and his son's cancer.

It needs tuning up, no pun intended, but we guarantee no would would expect such drama from the new grittier Road Avenger reboot. We love Road Avenger, but it's about time more unborn babies got breast cancer. period. The end.
