This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Cat Girl: Still doesn't explain the trope. You've just added more when without explaining how. It could be as simple as, "Her Shartos form has fur, cat ears, whiskers, and a long wavy tail."
She's Got Legs: Links are never context, internal or external. Don't force the user to go somewhere else to understand an example.
Okay I'll buy that. I do remember some places that say along the lines of "see [[insert trope here]] above/below".
Guttural Growler: Better than zero doesn't mean enough. The change you made does establish that it's a primary character trait, which is the important part.
Genki Girl: As I said, being done wrong before doesn't justify being done wrong again.

The "See above/below trope" thing is something that is specifically discussed on both Zero Context Example and How To Write An Example.

Okay, sorry. It was more meant to be me compiling the few threads for the show I had at the time, it ended up quickly abandoned. This is entirely my bad, go ahead and wipe any mention of it from the Wiki, if you must. Sorry.

You can wipe some of the Underboobs mentions that are entirely sexual that shouldn't be allowed. I never meant for that to be the case. Just so you know that the reason I edited them was because I apparently had a Zero Context Example and it told me the page but didn't tell me what it actually was but I assumed it was that. Tried to fix it and this happened. I'll drop the description of the sexual stuff from now. Also on the note on whether it fits for What Do You Mean, It's for Kids? I would say it does because it had to get censored in Japan. There was a version in Japan that showed everything in CoroCoro rather than covering it up through a Scenery Censor.

Y'all keep your undies on. We don't live on this site 24/7. Some of us do things like work, drive home, go shopping on the way home, prepare dinner for a family, then sit down and have to deal with the Edit Banned topic.
~Luc: An Edit War is still an edit war regardless of who's right. In this case, you decided to put Blaming The Railroaded Player Character on Bad Writing Index; when it was removed, you added it back with an assertion of your opinion. That's not how things roll around here. Moreover, while your prior suspensions were quite a while ago, this is your third, and your suspension-to-edits ratio is alarmingly high. It's especially problematic since each suspension was for unilaterally changing things that should have been discussed. So... yeah. You've more than met our standards for a permanent ban. The question is: what do you have to say that might change our minds?
~Neko Hybrid: So, we've taken care of the context issues (I hope; I still can't tell for certain if you get it or are just humoring me), but what about the declaration of your intent to Edit War via PM to Getta? Are you going to cut that out?
~Professor Detective: If you are creating a work and want to list tropes that it contains, you can create an article in the Darth Wiki namespace and index it under Unpublished Works. Such articles may not:
- Get subpages like YMMV or Characters.
- Be linked to from any article that is not in Darth Wiki (other than Unpublished Works, naturally).
As you are the author, you must obey our guidelines about authors editing articles for their own work: no YMMV or Trivia items, and you don't "own" the page; other people may edit it and you get no special say in what goes there.

~Reyn Time 250: I appreciate that you'll cut out the pervy stuff. As for whether What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids? applies, it depends on the intended audience. You said the work was censored even in Japan, so what's at issue here is not the original, uncensored version, but the version that was actually sold in the mass market. If that's still way racier than is appropriate for a shonen manga, then sure, it can be listed, but when you write the example, you must specify these details.
