This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Boy, is my face red... Was that the reason? My fault for acting like a know-it-all. I always thought it was a matter of what I said or how I said it. Admittedly, I tended to skim most of those messages. If it's about indentation, I have a good idea about where I've screwed up according to that

I made my account a while ago, but upon making it I was suspended, so I haven't been on it for a long time. But now I would like to make contributions to the website, so what do I have to do to life my suspension?
There is something very wrong with your system that causes it to display a localhost IP over the Internet. I'll lift the suspension as you now have a legit IP, but you may want to check your system (or ask the operators of your system) for its functionality.

~RCFU200: On Characters.Goof Troop, you edit warred over incorrect formatting for episode titles on several examples. Short-form works and titles of individual episodes or chapters within a work go in double-quotes, not italics.

I don't know how I'd prove whether or not I deserve to be unbanned, since my case has been frowned upon previously.

It was my lack of knowledge of the subject matter at hand, and at the time I was too hasty in putting in my views on the whole topic. Now after some time had past, I got to learn more about the whole issue, and I realized that the whole "theory" of intelligent design had no objectivity whatsoever. Which is why I'm alright with this website's take on the matter, and don't think it needs to be further meddled with.
Which is why, I'm asking if I can have my suspension appealed, after so much time had past when I learned my lesson.

hey. just went to do some Editing on the Awesome Page for Xcom2, saw i was Edit banned >.< trying to work out what i did wrong, know i have a bad habit of making edits at stupid'o'clock in the morming (chronic insomnia sufferer T_T)when im severely sleep deprived, with my luck i typed something incomprehensible/ went off an a ranting tangent or something similar X_X. dont know how long ive BEEN EB'd, its been a few weeks since i made any edits, so..
- edit* you can guess what i mean. ive been playing something for 7 hours straight, my eyes are practically bleeding then something suddenly pops into my head

You need to sit back, relax a bit, and think before you write. The goal of the wiki is not just to amuse ourselves, but to present information to our readers. The presentation of that information should be of a decent quality.

This doesn't even remotely describe the trope. If you can't cite at least one specific instance when he is unstoppable due to his rage, then you don't have an example.
