Honestly, the music sounds good enough on its own without change.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Good is fine but a newer version of the tracks used would be better.
YMMV
I didn't like the remixed FF 9 battle theme in the Weeping City but everyone else adored it.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.I still need to do the older Raids.
And finish the Ivalice one. Everyone always quits the party at the second boss.
Probably just getting my hopes up but, The bangaa are a lot more detailed and expressive than most beastmen. They actually emote with their faces, even. I really doubt they'll be playable but I do recall them getting lots of requests for both them and viera in the past...
I highly doubt they or any of the others will be playable in the future. Moreso due to how the bangaa got wierd feet and legs that would not work with the foot gear we have now. I could be wrong, but the bangaa here could have just been recycled from the HD remake of FF 12, which would make it a bit easier for the dev team to animate. There's also a thing I noticed in the cutscenes where scenes that have action or plot dumps have the characters animated way more whereas minor quests use the stock animations. Most of the beastmen we seen so far can't really emote properly because of how their faces are shaped, but the Vanu Vanu are shown to smile a few times in their quests at least.

Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order. We got bangaa and seeq - viera have to be canon now too, surely.
What about the Gria? Does no one remember the Gria?
Tell me about it. I died so many times while I was in it last night.
The Danse Macabre CodexMeanwhile, loved the final solo instance- quite a fun fight, but heavily suggest rebinding the Duty Action keys, as you'll be using it a *lot*.
p sure thats a theme for SB: "i loved the solo instance"
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaI wish I could repeat the Kugane stealth mission. Just so that I could play it as Ninja and use Hide.
I have a message from another time...I still need to do MSQ, but I finished the Ivalice Raid. The third time really was the charm on getting past Boss #2 without everyone abandoning the duty.
I've only even done the first boss of it once - every other run has matched me with an in-progress group that had somebody Rage Quit at #2.
looks like the hotfix added more housing wards
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaHow many seconds did they last?
I have a message from another time...wait i lied
the hotfix was because the relocation feature was not working properly
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaThe first two bosses always trips up people in the Ivalice raid. The 3rd boss is easier and the 4th boss is just a massive clusterfuck.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Finished 4.1 MSQ. Lakshmi is a lot more terrifying than I initially gave her credit for. I thought her boss theme sounded happy and ill-fitting at first, but hearing it during that part where you have to save the people from being irreversibly brainwashed for life while they scream for you to save them made me reevaluate my opinion.
Also, I recognized one of those cutscenes of Raubahn from a 1.0 video I saw on You Tube once, so that was neat. Nanamo is still the cutest.
Fuck the Kugane tower jumping puzzle.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order. They need to nerf that. The mechanics are way too hard for a solo duty.
At least give me an Echo buff when I fail.

They made every jump so damn tight and the collision boxes are awful.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.I finished mount farming all of the ARR EX fights, and now I'm almost done with Heavensward. Just gotta beat Sephirot and Sophia.
I-I sure am looking forward to rejoicing again, you guys.
For me, rejoicing wasn't the problem with most of my groups. The main problem was getting f*cked to the tumultuous heavens afterrwards, since some people never learned "if you get marked for Bad Things, take it away from the rest of the party"
Esper Battle from XII would have been more appropriate for the first two bosses.
