I think a lot of this is a false correlation. People blame white guys for a lot of stuff where the blame really falls upon the wealthy. Historically, almost all wealthy people, especially in America, were white guys. But, and this is important, they were a very small fraction of the white guys. And not all of them were white or guys.

Inequality of opportunity has made victims out of everyone, at one point or another.
In some parts of the world, women are still being overtly, viciously, suppressed, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia being two prime examples.
http://www.mansionofe.comSaudi Arabia is actually a good example of my point. Are the people in charge there white? No. Are they rich? Yes.
Well, one, Appeal to Worse Problems.
Two, in response to the repeated "men are the disposable gender" accusations"◊—which, by the way, seem to be missing the fact that feminism isn't too fond of the fact that women are shielded or disallowed from combat/potentially fatal situations. As I pointed out.
While it's true that the rich oppress the poor, I don't think that's the only source of oppression. And claiming that both men and women do it ignores the comparative number of powerful women to powerful men and the very real gendered oppression happening in this country.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Ahh, classical "Irrelevant, only my argument holds weight".
Trying to paint entire gender of men as "oppressors", based on actions of less than 1% of it, is being a bigot. You can't justify such thing.
It's like claiming all Russian are like Stalin. Or that all Muslims are Terrorist.
Besides, one needs to ask why those women don't get into power, despite having larger number of supposed voters? There are more women than men in US. Yet, why do these women keep voting for men into position of power?
Could it be that these "evil oppressing men" are seen more capable? Even by women? Not to mention, why women are not in CEO positions: Many leave jobs for children. Thus, their careers are halted, while men are marched back in to work (Because men are not given choice in the matter, society conforms to whenever or not woman wants to stay at home or not, while men are denied such option, rather, they are outright told to get back to work rather than become stay-at-home dad)

Two words: "Internalized misogyny". Feminists largely believe that women let these things go on because they have had the idea subconsciously hammered into them that they are the weaker sex.

the hell?
I have a message from another time...It's funny that you can say that many women leave work for children—the same reason lots of employers give for not moving them up the corporate ladder or hiring them to begin with—and then turn around and, without a hint of irony, claim that men, by contrast, are assumed to want to spend all their time at work and given no other options.
Also, yeah, it's because men are seen as more suitable, and not because the processes that determine who gets put up for election tend to favor men.
Y'know, it occurs to me that you talk a lot about wanting "equal rights", and yet I've only ever heard you talk about men's rights. Is there a women's rights issue you are passionate about? I'm genuinely curious.

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. So how about that strike plot, huh? Think it'll eventually move into a Sunday strip when the strike actually gets rollong, for more dramatic effect?
I have a message from another time...I feel like this Sunday is gonna show the idea of a strike spreading amongst the other Devil girls, perhaps concluding with a panel of the Devil observing them all on monitors, implied to be planning his next move.

Agreed.
Both men and women expect both men and women to conform to expected gender roles, and both men and women shape society to the extent of their power to enforce those expectations of both men and women.
