Is there/Would there be a Termina version of Zelda wandering around? And what about an alternate Link? Would Link meeting Link create yet another timeline to the mess that is the Zelda chronology?

Tingle is the alternate Link. So, no, it wouldn't create another mess, but it doesn't make things more terrible is a way nobody can quite put into words.

I was under the impression that there was a Terminian Tingle and a Hyrulean Tingle and they were counterparts to each other. Is it ever said explicitly that Tingle is Link's counterpart, rather than just the 'fairy boy in green' parallel?
I always thought of Kafei as Link's counterpart; he has Link's model, was a character you could control in a time when Link was the only playable character (barring CDI), I believe they were the only two to have had their physical form mutated by Skull Kid, and his quest to find Sakon just has a very hero-ish vibe to it.
As for Zelda, my guess (if she even has one) would be the Deku Princess. Gets more shit done than her dad? Actually tries to fight against an encroaching threat, even if it does wind up with her as a damsel? Sounds pretty OOT Zelda to me.

Maybe the Fierce Deity is the Terminian version of Link before he got turned into a mask.

I wanna say there's no 'confirmed' ones since the whole alternate self thing is just the Watsonian excuse for re-using the same character models.
That said, I'm 95% sure the Garo are Termina's answer to the Sheikah. The extra 5% is just because of the Sheikah's Stone existence, and you can easily wave that away because the Clock Tower is kinda blasé on the whole time/space thing.

@Moral ambiguity from a few pages back: I still think it would be nest if we had a game where Ganondorf was the childhood friend of Zelda and Link.

On one hand Termina and Majora are one of the few places and villains to have absolutely no connection to Ganondorf whatsoever, and I'd much prefer it stay that way.
On the other hand, potion shop workboy Ganondork is hilarious.
