Suggestion: From Zero To Hero

I've suggested a photo of Captain America from MCU for this trope:

Didn't you already suggested on another thread ? Regardless, the "zero" part looks a bit weak

I agree with Stalker. Ideally I'd also like a image that was less just a couple of images from a work stitched together but all I can think of is similar to be honest:

though I would like to note that he is also the quote but that is more an observation then a complaint.

I'd say we use no Caption, the Page Quote is basically the image's caption in it of itself

to 3.

I like 3, a part of me wants to move part of the quote to the caption of the pic (since they're from the same source) and then move a different quote in from the Quotes page to replace it (maybe the Hamilton one?)

Does Herc need all four panels? I assume the reader can infer some development took place in between...

Economy an conciseness are good and all, but I reaaaally like how th 4 panels are used. The 2nd and 4th panels together are s m o o t h

Helps that this is a trope that focuses a lot on beginning, destination and journey, much more than From Nobody to Nightmare in example. The hero's growth is onscreen from start to end, and th best part is the Inbetween

Maybe so, but even then a bicep curl doesn't seem that much of a journey either.

Regarding 3, I think just images 1+4 or 2+3 would work fine

3 would make a good picture in several details. The above shows that Hercules was a "zero" when the townspeople shunned him for accidentally destroying the place; the next split screen photo show his training as a part of the journey; and the last shows that Hercules is now the adored hero of the town for his heroic acts. This reason shows that why we vote for 3 Gracie's photo is much better than mine.

I think this trope is a lot more about the journey than the start and the end, so I'd say the 4-panel pic is preferable since it shows more progression rather than inferring it.

Shall we use Gracie's example?

The middle two panels of 3 was me trying my best to show it's the same character and not his older brother or something.

You mean in context?

Why not use Herc flexing AND Phil measuring his muscles instead of split panel?
