So after getting this wishlist request i thought maybe the Edit history and possibly the Edit Page features need more updating? The editors are the backbone of TV Tropes after all so i wanted to get some community feedback if the editors are wanting/needing any features to make the process easier or more efficient. Please let me know below.

For the pagination of edit history, can you make it go from newest to oldest instead of oldest to newest? When I first saw it, it was confusing.
I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.The pagination is set this way on purpose so once an edit is on page 1 it will always be on page 1, just like the pagination on this thread. Otherwise edits would be pushed to another page after more are done and the links would constantly change. Clicking on the edit history will always take you to the newest edits but still show the newest edit at the top, just like before.

Now monitoring Wishlist and BugsHow would I go about viewing the pre-move history of a page which has been moved? That seems to be the major issue with this new history setup, as I can't find one and it's starting to cause problems with the Spell My Name With An S cleanup.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.I'm not sure what you mean. Spell My Name With An S had its history moved to Inconsistent Spelling, so its older edit history can be found on that page. Does that answer your question?
Doesn't work when searching history, though.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.What specifically are you trying to search for?
My own edits on that page.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Seems this has been fixed, then.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.I think the OP should be updated at least, for the "Changes made so far" part
Include these under that section:
- Pagination for history pages
- Search by troper for history pages
- Search by content for history pages
- Edit History Link Fix
- Additional Checkbox system of common edit reasons that auto populate input field (and/or leave custom reason)

Art Museum Curator and frequent helper of the Web Original deprecation projectSome possible new edit reasons, consolidated from the wishlish:
- Fixed Formatting.
- This might replace the "Fixed Indentation" edit reason, as indentation is one aspect of formatting
- Link some editing reasons to articles, for instance
- Natter -> Natter
- "Not enough context (ZCE)" -> "Example does not sufficiently explain how it applies"
- Crosswicking -> Crosswicking
- Alphabetizing example(s) -> Alphabetizing example(s)
Improper indentation issues aren't broken formatting, they display correctly but violate the manual of style.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThere will certainly be more edit reasons suggested, but I like the idea of potholing to policies.
Formatting would probably pothole to Text-Formatting Rules
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupWell we don't want to add a ton of edit reasons. Just the most commonly used by the majority of editors. WingedCatGirl suggested we add a custom canned edit reasons system users can change so we will leave more specific ones for whenever i have time to implement that.

Now monitoring Wishlist and BugsYeah, a custom option would be excellent for any other issue people want to use repeatedly.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessThat looks good. I agree on potholing "Fixed Formatting" to Text-Formatting Rules.

Seconding
Art Museum Curator and frequent helper of the Web Original deprecation projectOne thing I just noticed. All the other reasons are in present tense. So it should probably be "Fixing Formatting" instead of "Fixed Formatting".
I like the idea of custom edit reasons. I'm doing a lot of wick migration for Media Notes/ and Platform/ so this would be nice.
Art Museum Curator and frequent helper of the Web Original deprecation projectThanks, changed to "Fixing formatting".
Also added "fixing a sinkhole" and "deleted without reason" as well as turned the edit reasons box into a smaller scrollable field so it doesnt take up so much room as its now grown to 4 rows.
If there's no more suggestions then ill send these changes up for review.

Now monitoring Wishlist and BugsShould "Unilateral edits" and "Rogue/steath launched trope" be viable as a pre-set edit reason?
ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔|I DO COMMISSIONS|ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔What's the use of the latter one?
TroperWall / WikiMagic Cleanup
It’s only 3 rows. Doesn’t really seem deserving of a scroll unless it becomes bigger than that.
