Zero idea where else to take this, so I'm starting a new thread.
Sandbox.Permanent Red Link Club has been a thing for about a year now. It was created by Tropers.N1KF in April 2022 as, to quote from the page, "An attempt at cleaning up the Permanent Red Link Club." However, it has had only two edits since then, the first in August 2022, the second in March 2023.
I would like to discuss if the sandbox should be swapped into Administrivia.Permanent Red Link Club. If so, we obviously need to make some changes to make it more appropriate before it's swapped in. If not, then there's no other option I can think of except cutlisting it.
