One of Kirk's best lines, I feel. He doesn't say they've evolved or matured beyond violence. He says humanity gets up and makes a conscious choice.

It's one of the earliest Jerk with a Heart of Gold moments for Dan, played excellently by John Larroquette.

Today, following a minor Wiki Walk, I watched a couple of reaction/movie commentary videos for Meet the Robinsons.

"Keep Moving Forward" always hits harder with every time I remember it.

Well-crafted quotes tend to stick in my head for a while, so I have a lot. Here's one:

I don't have a gun, but this does feel important to remember when tasked with a decision difficult enough to use a gun on by yourself.

I like how depressingly optimistic this quote is. Hard times always comes, but it always continues you know? It always moves on from that.

There are actually a lot of good quotes from many of the Doctors, but this one stands out as one of my favorites. It is realistic. Sometimes, the good times just aren't enough to cancel out the hurt. But all the same, the good times are still there, and still important.

I dunno... something about this really stuck with me. Maybe it was Suzie Yeung's performance, or the fact that her Character Development arc resonated somewhat with me... either way, Lei's speech just hits different. (Not to say that the other two's don't, though! Hong's especially. He's such a sweetheart and so underrated! Anyway play Live A Live OKshutupReiko)

I love the Rush "Freewill" lyric "If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice." I like the idea that free will isn't something you can escape from; you have it whether you like it or not.

That song is good and good for you.

It's not one of my favorite Rush songs(I think some of the lyrics, like "genetic blends with uncertain ends on a fortune hunt that's far too fleet", are pretty stilted), but that line stood out to me for having a lot of meaning for such a simple statement.

I love the whole poem, but this segment just speaks to me as the core of the whole thing.

Unless it’s a series with a continuous narrative, I have wasted so much money on media I am disappointed by. Works by the same people can also vary drastically. Maybe said people or who they work for could reveal themselves to be horrible. I’m tired of wasting money only to feel too guilty or lazy to utilize my purchase.

Pre-order's a crapshoot until you're truly sure it's a good one.

Anyway here's my favourite quote from my childhood game.

"The path of the warrior only goes forward!" ~ Zhang Liao's victory quote, Dynasty Warriors 6

Possibly to most badass quote to ever come from a warrior. He's one my favourite to play as because his moveset in DW 6 is quick, yet deadly. The quote above compliments it well.
